Every time I come here their card reader is broken and I have to wait at the checkout for them to fix it. So unprofessional and lazy on the establishments end for a business to have customers waiting.
We wrapped our afternoon with a stop at Cold Stone Creamery. There were many choices. I often go for Berry Berry Berry but decided to go for the fruited cheesecake selection this time. The nice man behind the counter offered to add raspberries to the order for because this is how the cheesecake selection was different from the Berry Berry Berry selection. What a nice man. Mother enjoyed her chocolate brownie mix. It looked great. Mother stated that her ice cream treat was amazing. We are both Cold Stone Creamery enthusiasts. This visit reinforced our passion for visiting Cold Stone Creamery.
I ordered berry, berry berry good. There was literally a streak of berries in the ice cream. I asked for berries and the guy there was what do you want?? Umm berries. He looked at the girl who made it and said just put a little on the top. Crappy attitude and service.
Ants in waterfountain (more parking spot)
The homeless in the area make this nice ice cream place dangerous at night. We were there a few weeks ago and there were two homeless guys fighting in the parking lot and while we were inside a different homeless guy came in and robbed the soda refrigerator of most the drinks then ran out. Id only go there during the day if I was taking my family.

After a bill of over 70 dollars for five ice-creams, non of them large..., the service was less than friendly but it did taste good after a hot Tucson day. Need to find a new place for ice-cream in the future.?

Cold Stone Creamery is always a good choice for some good ice cream. They keep pretty much the same menu so there isn't anything new or unique about them, but their regular flavors are pretty good. I really like their coffee lovers only signature creation. I get it every time I go! They also have really good ice cream cakes. If you are nearby and looking for a dessert place, Cold Stone is a good choice.
Parking: This Cold Stone has plenty of free parking by it.
Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop so of course it is kid friendly!

Nothing but immature moody teenagers working here. If you want some sass with your ice cream this is the place to go!

We have visited this cold stone a few time to get the Chocolate Silk Almond ice cream. My fav is to get it in a shake with almond milk & no whipped cream.

Staff was so unfriendly ?? if I’m paying $6 for a small ice cream it would be nice to at least be greeted when I come in or at least get a smile.

You get to watch them make your order and can add more or less mix-ins as you go. They have non-dairy options. Cakes are better than DQ but cost more.

Great dairy free option and always good service. Recommended job dairy flavor: Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk.Fun place to take family to get special ice cream dessert with all the toppings each individual person prefers.
Good ice cream, nice crew. A little spendy :)
