Not to be dramatic, but this coldstone creamery ruined my kids’ birthday party. We had special ordered two cakes way in advance. One was a custom Trolls cake and one was a custom Ninja Turtles cake. My husband went in and ordered in-person, and the next week, I even spoke with someone at the store to confirm. Fast-forward to the day of the party, my husband went in to pick up the cakes and after waiting for 20 minutes he was told that the cake maker “forgot” to make them the night before. After a whole back and forth hassle of making it seem like someone was going to come in and quickly make the cakes, we were informed that no one could come in until 3 hours into our kids party to start the cakes. Obviously that wouldn’t work…..my husband was an hour late to his own kids birthday party and we had to end up settling for cakes that were nothing like we wanted. Yes, we were given two free cakes, but that isn’t really the point. They ruined the whole flow of our day, and it was beyond disappointing when our 2 and 5 year old were so excited for their character cakes that they didn’t end up getting. It was really such a let down and a disaster of an experience. The cakes that they gave us were so sloppily written on and sure, we were thankful to have any cake at all, but they really messed up.

Ice cream was decent, but when I went to pay they said they don’t except any bills larger than a $20. I ordered 4 $10 ice creams and tried to pay with a $100. It was 8 o’clock on a Fri night, so making change wasn’t an issue. When I asked, if that was posted anywhere, I was told NO. If the owners can’t take a few minutes to teach their staff on how to identify legitimate bills so they can except actual money for services, I won’t go back. DQ is just as close to me.

While I was eagerly anticipating a cute cake from here for my daughter's birthday, unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite placing my order well in advance, the cake wasn't ready on time, causing me to wait almost an hour while it was being made in the back. Additionally, upon receiving the cake, it was evident that it had been hastily prepared and lacked the attention to detail I had hoped for. However, it's important to note that the staff girl working at the time was incredibly courteous and apologetic, and it was clear that the delay and quality issues was beyond her control. While disappointed with the overall experience, I appreciate the professionalism and kindness demonstrated by the staff amidst the circumstances. It was a real bummer how this cake turned out and the cost I had to pay for it.

If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes while a staff of teenagers goof around with their friends and completely ignore their customers standing in line, this is the place for you! Unbelievably terrible customer service. I’ll travel a little farther to the one on Old Spanish Trail.

Don’t bother trying to get ice cream on a Saturday night. Was at the store with plenty of time before closing(over an hour) and they told us they had shut down machines and were unable to give milkshakes etc. the guy was also wearing his shoulder bag like he was heading out, while another employee went to hide in the back.

I was just in on a Sunday afternoon where a young lady (Jae) was working all alone (shame on you Cold Stone management). As the lobby steadily filled up with people, Jae continued working steadily and efficiently. She was friendly and professional despite the stressful situation before her. Our order was completed with accuracy and packaged perfectly.

Overpriced and underwheming. Staff seemed troubled to assist me with my simple order. Not a place that I will go again considering the cost.

Constantly out of flavors of ice cream, or critical components. Cups, spoons, napkins, whipped cream, or etc. out of stock every time we visit. In dire need of proper inventory management and training.

There's a ton of bad reviews here but I had a great experience. I mean yes they're new and working out the kinks but their ice cream was not melting or bad quality. I will definitely stop in again and see how they continue to improve ???? everyone starts somewhere! ????????.Update: had some fantastic ice cream today with no complaints!! Still going strong, keep it up!

Unfortunately this location is having a ROUGH opening. Freezers don't work properly so ice cream is melted and the staff seem to be not properly supervised and very immature. The three times I've been in there, they've been more concerned with bickering with one another or aggressively bossing each other around that it has been a very inefficient process. I've never had such poor experiences at a Cold Stone. I am, however, happy to gave a Cold Stone in the neighborhood and I'm rooting for positive improvements! EDIT 6/2/2023: There is no hope for this pathetic place. I allowed my daughter to go into the store while I waited in the car. After 10 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long and she told me no one had been out to the front counter to help her...IN 10 MINUTES! Just close the place lol

My family stopped by tonight. As we were enjoying our ice cream, I observed business picking up. There were at least 6 or 7 families who came in and were standing in line to order. There were three employees working tonight but only the male employee was taking orders and cashing the customers out. There was another female behind the counter who kept her back to the store, making waffle cones. She couldn’t be bothered to stop and help her coworker. At one point she went to the back, where her and her manager stuck their head out, observed the massive line, giggled together and then the manager stayed in the back as the female employee went back to making her waffle bowl wall.. At no point did they offer to help the male employee who was completely swamped. Not only were they unwilling to help, they laughed. Please review your staff’s responsibilities. It’s clear some aren’t willing to help out.
