I wanted to like this, but the cookie did not taste pleasant. It was sweet but simultaneously had no flavor.
It would be a good thing to eat if you were hungry, but it fell short of my expectations.
I tried the purple juice which was a tasty lemonade based drink.
The staff there are always kind and helpful.

The cookies I got were mostly raw batter(uncooked center no not chewy soft bake) inside… I was disappointed that I had to cook them more at home for that price the flavors weren’t great either. I won’t be back.

I’m sorry to say this, but these cookies were really disappointing. They all taste pretty much the same — mostly like sugar and shortening. The pink cheesecake one doesn’t taste like cheesecake at all; it’s just a regular cookie colored pink. I honestly thought I would love them, but unfortunately I didn’t. They were also packaged in a simple Ziploc bag with a sticker, which I don’t really mind, but I think it would be nice if there was more effort put into both the cookies and the presentation.

went with my family for the 1st time today, it was a lot of fun! i forgot to get the name of the woman at the counter but she was really nice and friendly, she let us try so many samples! i got the s’mores cookie and i’m finishing it right now! most delicious cookies ever! way cooler than crumbl lol 🙈

Cookie Plug has a really fun vibe the hip-hop theme is super cool and gives the place a unique edge you don’t usually see in a cookie shop. From the graffiti style branding to the names of the cookies, everything feels creative and on point. The cookies themselves are thick, soft, and indulgent, definitely made for those serious sweet cravings. I tried a few different flavors and was impressed by the variety and bold flavors. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that the cookies are very rich, which may not be everyone’s thing, and the prices are a little on the higher side. Still, it’s a fun spot with great energy and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for something sweet with a twist.

this was the worst cookie place I’ve ever had in my life. She offered to warm it up so we agreed and we got in the car and ate the cookies and they were stale and hard and tasted awful did and had sticky stuff on the bottom, we literally tried the cookies and threw them away. Wasted 11 dollars for absolutely nothing .. The blue drink taste like straight sugar water . The girl working up from acted so oblivious too her job . She did not know one thing about her job . I called And asked if there was anything they could do and she said no and she said there’s nothing she can do about it , they do not care about there customers. Do not recommend this place attt al 0 stars .
I've tried the other national chain cookie places. These cookies are better. Lots of flavor options. Big thick cookies that last more than a couple bites. AND they actually have nuts and crunchy stuff in the cookies! The vibe is right and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I love getting the pink elephant cookie from here!! :) the only thing I will say is the first time I went because I thought they had cannabis (THC or CBD) in their cookies but they don’t actually get you high at all, LOL. Maybe a misunderstanding on my part but the cookies were great nonetheless and I love that if you sign up for rewards you get a free cookie.

Today we wanted a sweet treat and ordered The Cookie Plug from DoorDash. These definitely weren’t crumbly ass cookies! The cookies were extra sweet and the only thing missing I’d add to the menu was milk!!!!!
