2 for 2 disaster service and this so called membership coverage. Both my wife and I got tires at Costco and BOTH got told they can’t take care or fix or replace the tire under this supposed coverage as a member. After spending time on the phone, going to the physical location, and more useless phone calls they will never have our Tire Center Business. Don’t Waste Your Money or Time

Horrible service. I used Same Day delivery to buy toilet paper. Horrible toilet paper!!! It’s supposed to be 2ply, but it’s single ply rough paper. Costco toilet paper used to be nice It’s gotten worse and worse with every package I’ve bought. AND trying to return means I have to go to the warehouse. I’m a senior and do NOT want to risk exposure.

I am an instacart shopper and we have been at granted Early Access to Costco currently . I was there this morning and multiple employees were incredibly rude to me. I'm not the one that made the decision to let us in early and I understand that these people are working but SO AM I so they don't need to take that out on me. or any of us instacart employees for that matter. some man on a forklift was extremely rude to me so I tried to mention it to somebody else there and they

Why does Costco have a mask policy and not enforce it. We went today senior hour 9am . Everyone but ONE couple had on masks, the couple were advised that Costco requires masks. They laugh, got to the door told person we don’t have masks, and they were allowed to go in shopping. Also we are in Pima country which has a masks policy as well, which both policies were ignored. We go to senior shopping to be safe and healthy and the total discard for everyone else is terrible.
Their integrity. It's evident in policies and in the quality of products they sell. Also how they treat employees.
