Good selection of products. Parking lot is not bad. On my last visit the store was VERY busy. This was the middle of the day on a weekday. Lots of unsupervised children running inside, yelling, touching EVERYTHING. Wth is going on? Is this pandemic time home school recess? Equally annoying were the snowbirds pushing their carts into me. Normally I like to take my time and look at all the products but other customers were so rude I just wanted to GTFO. The woman at the self check out was also all up in my business organizing my box. People use the self check out so that they don't have to interact with anyone. Go away.

No attendant at the gas pumps... rudest people ever cutting in line. Par for thé course for this location. Will never come here again.

Very busy every time like ever other Costco ? The food service is outside . Big parking lot to the east . Crowded ingress & egress but was sat am . Returns separate lime outside . They have a exercise bike for about 379$? Flying off the shelves "

I am an instacart shopper and we have been at granted Early Access to Costco currently . I was there this morning and multiple employees were incredibly rude to me. I'm not the one that made the decision to let us in early and I understand that these people are working but SO AM I so they don't need to take that out on me. or any of us instacart employees for that matter. some man on a forklift was extremely rude to me so I tried to mention it to somebody else there and they

They lie about delivery dates and won't give a time frame. Supervisors don't call back and the logistics company is incompetent.

I don't have a Costco membership but my friend does & we went in here when I was visiting Tucson the other day to buy some Carne Asada that they sell which is the BOMB!!! Place was busy, but not too bad to be able to get in & out of. It seems all the Costco's I've ever been in are always busy. Was kinda cool to see their food court outside vs inside like the ones in Las Vegas do. There is soooo much stuff in this store to look @ and buy! Seemed that they weren't really enforcing social distancing with people in line to get out or the people in the food lines but shame on the customers for not doing this to begin with. They do require you to wear a mask. Parking lot was crazy packed but still easy to get in & out of.

Clean, neat, and organized. All these things make shopping at Costco bearable and even on rare occasions fun. Unfortunately, the hoarders are back at it and swarm the opening of the store so avoid that time unless you enjoy a challenge and a race to the toilet paper. They usually have plenty of selections on common items, however you never know if something will continue to be stocked or not on a regular basis. I guess that is part of the mystery and allure. Staff are usually friendly and helpful if you need it.

I love costco and how they are handling this pandemic even though there are some customers, thankfully not many, that take their masks off in the store. Unfortunately, today, I almost wasn't allowed in by the man at the entrance because I was not a senior citizen but I am disabled. Then he said my son who helps me with the heavier items couldn't enter with me and he had to contact a manager. The manager was very kind and allowed it but the man at the front made me feel very discriminated against and I have never been made to feel this way since I was 22 years old when my disability began. Very sad today.

Well I drove to my local Costco as a member my battery was bad ... I bought a battery and when I said my car would not start right outside their tire shop was told no can do I just needed a jump start ... called my State Farm agent for roadside assistance told me all I needed to know about customer no service from Costco and guess what I'm done ... right outside your door and you said not my problem

Costco wants to support an organization that calls for the dissolution of the nuclear family. They need to read the statement of beliefs from Black Lives Matter before they ban suppliers that disagree with the BLM beliefs. Really sad that Costco will support a Markist organization. Please do your research !

I got new tires at the tire shop. Nothing wrong with the shop or the guys. What made me mad was that I made an appointment for 10:00am. But the day before I get an email saying to show up 15 minutes early to my install would be lenghten by 40 minutes. So I rush there 15 minutes early, but they don't open the doors till 10:00. So I stood there like an idiot. There was a lady in front of me so I was helped at 10:10. When I asked why I got that email to show up 15 minutes early, the guy just gives me a look like he didn't give a s****

a young male employee pushing a big cart around to collect empty boxes. He purposely pushed the cart onto my 9 years old son. If my son did not jump out of the way, he would have to hit by the cart. The young guy saw it but kept on walking like nothing happen. I told him to watch out where he's going and he snapped at me, OK. I said excuse me, he snapped again OK. I talked to one of the female supervisors at the front, describe the guy to her. Hopefully she talk to him and correct his behavior.

This review is for the Tire Center. I was visiting last week and my "low tire" alert came on in the car...just what you want to see during a road trip. Insert eye roll. Given I bought my tires at my home Costco, I thought I should take my car in for a looksie. This location requires masks upon entry, fortunately, and I was pleased to see it. I popped my head into the garage work area to ask if I could get a tire fill and Derek was kind enough to assist. He said he'd check all my tires, but after beginning to fill the low one noticed there was a nail in it :( boohoo! He said they would fix it for me no charge since I bought the tires at a Costco-yay! They were busy, but got it done in just under two hours, which was actually what he estimated. When I arrived to pick up the car, Derek came out and told me he fixed it all up and checked all my tires knowing I had to drive back to Cali and wanted me to be safe. I thought this was incredibly nice and thoughtful! All the employees were cordial and nice, but I want to give a shoutout to Derek for having my safety in mind. I really appreciated this. I'd highly recommend this location for tire service.

Why does Costco have a mask policy and not enforce it. We went today senior hour 9am . Everyone but ONE couple had on masks, the couple were advised that Costco requires masks. They laugh, got to the door told person we don’t have masks, and they were allowed to go in shopping. Also we are in Pima country which has a masks policy as well, which both policies were ignored. We go to senior shopping to be safe and healthy and the total discard for everyone else is terrible.
