Dined on Thanksgiving. Very busy! Was on waiting list so wait not very long. Hostess was great! Very friendly! It’s hard to determine if the reason food was cold and bland was because of holiday? First time here. I have to eaten at other Cracker Barrel restaurants in South Carolina so and food was awesome! This one yesterday is in Arizona. Wish I could be more specific. Maybe try again in the future?

They would have gotten a five star if the chicken pot pie was available. But, they did have their pies available to buy, you can get the whole pie.

I've always liked the food here. It's not amazing but it's still good and I like that their side choices are a little different. Their pies are good. Our waitress was super friendly and we made good convo.

We did go in they were extremely busy. The server was polite and explained the wait. Food was good and hot. We needed to request drink refills. Most of the time there is no issues.

I had the 2 grilled chicken breast dinner. Was a bit upset to get what tasted like they came from frozen like what would be purchased in bulk from the freezer section of a grocery store. Not fresh 😕

Miss Shannon was our server and she made our experience a memorable one! Especially showing us how she quickly styles her infamous hair bun! The food was delicious and we did not have to wait long for anything.

Can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel, found a soda that's made in Kentucky and can't really buy anywhere but there. Was surprised to find it here

Just hate getting up and asking the host for things because the waitress didn't come by to see if we need anything else... I understand it's very busy next time I'll be sure to get extra cant wait to go again
