So I am NOT too happy with KFC. We went to the one nearest us a couple weeks ago, 7901 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85704. We went through the drive through and they said it would be 12 minutes until the Chicken was done. We went to Walmart to get sodas, and went back to KFC about 20 minutes later. They said it would be 6 more minutes, 10 minutes later they said it would be another 6 minutes. I think it took 35 minutes to get an 8 piece chicken dinner.
YESTERDAY Neil went to the KFC on Valencia. We ordered a 16 piece MIXED meal for $49.99 plus tax. about $54. The guy asked if we were eating there, I politely said it is to go. ( YEAH Neil and I are going to eat 2 whole chickens and 4 large sides while sitting there. ) So we got to Jennifer's and had 16 pieces of legs and thighs!!!!! Where were the chicken breasts and wings??????? Neil went back and the NEW manager told him it was a NEW policy that chicken breasts were an extra $2 each !!!!!!! Neil went round and round and finally gave him $5 for 2 chicken breasts. #rippedoffbyKFC #KFCwhatajoke #KFCyoulater! See less

We got our dinner fairly quickly from the very polite staff and brought it out to the car to eat. The Bee Gees Staying Alive started on the radio as I took my first bite and my immediate first thought was, "This song was made much more recently than my sandwich."

I stopped going there for 2 years because 3 times in a row they were OUT OF CHICKEN. I started going back for the chicken sandwich because I saw the commercial so often it was kind numbing. The first one was epic. The second had barely any sauce. And on my third trip back tonight.... You guessed it! We don't have any chicken sandwiches! We have SPICY chicken sandwiches but we did not prepare enough original for the evening. This was not a supply issue.
It may JUST be an original chicken sandwich to you. One among hundreds you make today. For me it was a battle against kidney stones. It was the first hot meal I hoped for, or even attempted, in two days. It was a 25 minutes drive one way with flank pain and a bladder that was screaming like it was filled with angry ants. It was me making a monumental effort that you cannot see just so I could feed my wife who suffers from CRPD, a disease so painful it's known as the Suicide Disease. To you I'm an unreasonable customer who is mad over a sandwich. But, to the customer who is counting on you for a good meal it can mean a whole lot more.
Honestly, save yourself the headache. Arby's doesn't run out of roast beef. Subway doesn't run out of bread. I've never gone to McDonald's and found they were out of nuggets. AT ANY LOCATION EVER. Go someplace that gives a s*** and actually has food for their customers.

chicken pieces have really gotten a lot smaller, and price's keep going up, getting a lot Less for more money, KFC still has the best chicken, way above Popeyes or churches, for sure

Stopped here while on a road trip after in n out because my roommate doesn’t like burgers and it was really good. Nothing to complain about, was good even when we had it later at home.

Because you are only giving people half a breast anymore. The one I had today has wing bones in it, so was part of a breast & wing. Do you think people can't tell it's not a whole breasts? Grocery store deli gives a whole fat breast. This one today barely had 3 bites of meat on it for $2. I'm going to stop eating here, it's rediculous to do that. This was the one on Ajo in Tucson, AZ but all of them do it.
