I was all but thrown out of this place today (11/29/19) for questioning the prices, all of which are 10% off as they "changed in the new year", which I can only assume was 11 months ago. A note on the counter supposedly says as much, indicating everything is really 10% more. The manager or owner (someone who thinks he's allowed to do whatever), slammed a paper cup down on the counter loudly, asking me if I still wanted coffee. I quickly exited at that point. Apparently business is booming with folks that could care less about how much they pay for their coffee. I won't bother returning. Somewhere before the the line "the customer is always right", there should be one stating that it's not ok to slam stuff down on the counter and raise your voice.

This place is pretty nice and I've been here a few times. The dark haired guy who made my Toffee Nut Javachino is the guy you want making your drink, because it was PERFECT! I had it once before when someone else made it and it was way too sweet. Today, though, it was just great and I didn't even ask him to do anything special. I just remembered he'd made it the first time. They will even do a decaf Americano if you want an iced decaf coffee. Yes I know, others have said "what's up with them not offering cold brew?" And that doesn't really bother me that much. I like the blended drinks and the iced lattes and I may even try another iced drink. Nice view, spacious, they sell their own beans, it's comfortable in there, pretty good vibe. No complaints at all. I will go back for sure.

I really enjoyed this coffee shop. They have amazing view of the mountains with out door seating. All the workers will friendly and outgoing. There are many of options to choose from in coffee and food. Make sure you try their scones and get them before 10am. They make their own flavor syrups for the coffee.

I frequent this coffee shop for their homemade blueberry and chorizo scones, and teas. I really like the green tea and sometimes they have a creative blend of tea. You can register your name and get bonus points for free drinks and lunch. The lounge is very roomy and comfortable and clean. You can also find coffee samples and infused waters to try for free. The vanilla lattes are flavorful and not too sweet. Customer service is pleasant and you can catch a soccer game on TV.

This is one of my top coffee houses visit. I enjoy the atmosphere of the place, the desserts, quiche and the pretty mountain view.
Tried it for the first time. Good coffee, but not as good as Civano coffee. And it is twice as far for us to drive to, then it is to Civano. It does have have a relaxed atmosphere and friendly baristas. Miss our Civano.

So I went to crossroads coffee and purchased some coffee from Hawaii. First let me tell you how amazing this coffee shop is! It is beautiful and clean and it has a wide variety of coffees and scones and things to eat it's just a lovely place to be! The employees were very nice. I also want to mention that they have the best gummy bears I've ever tasted in my entire life! So thank you for the gummy bears they were awesome. I brought the coffee home, it's been three days my house still smells amazing! The coffee smells amazing ,And it tastes so good I am very excited about this coffee shop I will be visiting again, and again. If you want good coffee, go to crossroads at Bear Canyon Road. Thanks for the great experience

Very friendly helpful staff and accommodating. They had plenty of healthy options including vegan and gluten free. Veggie gluten free sandwich had great portions of veggies and was yummy! Fruit smoothie with coconut milk and no sugar was delicious too! My husband had cappuccino with almond milk, he loved it. Also, they have gluten free vegan brownies and muffins made by greenheart bakery. We had the brownie and it was not too sweet, it was perfect!
