First date night, the World Series was on so it was loud but very fun. Food was good and the portions were huge. I had the Fish and Chips (truffle fries). Cocktails were nice, service was pretty on point. Lively and loud but enjoyable.

Excellent food and service. We would return anytime. It is a great place for younger folks: lots of music and energy. For older folks, especially those with hearing loss, it's hard to hear. The bathrooms are nice and clean, but I was unnerved when I was washing my hands and could see through to the men's bathroom side! Would change that feature if possible.

Our receptionist & server were excellent! Food very good. We ate on the covered patio. This was the day after our record-breaking rainfall. Floors were ok at the dining table, but there were large puddles around the ping-pong tables. It would've been nice if they're cleared those, but otherwise fine. The games are always a hit with family.

My rating for service is not reflective of the wait staff. We were excited to get here after a long day. Our waitress was attentive and sweet and the atmosphere is fun. We ordered drinks, the fried chicken and the roasted salmon (not seared salmon - roasted). The salmon came out and it was raw in the middle. The waitress immediately took it back and sent the manager over who proceeded to gaslight us about the salmon saying “oh, so you wanted it well done?” No, we wanted it cooked. They fixed it but the kitchen was SLOW. The fried chicken was pretty good. We decided to order dessert - the ice cream special and the monkey bread. 15-20 minutes went by and the waitress came to apologize. She comped the monkey bread because it still wasn't done but brought us the ice cream which had melted while they were waiting for the monkey bread (it was still really good even though basically soup). We ended up with the monkey bread to go and my daughter ate it later and said it was good. Overall a disappointing experience. What could have been a great food experience was marred by an overwhelmed kitchen and rude manager.

My wife and I are in 60's and mom's 95. We were greeted and seated and given menus. I asked for three waters and iced tea. Wife and mother ordered glass of wine each. Bar personnel brought wine. We asked him for water, I asked manager on the floor who was filling tea, for water. Waitress finally brought it. Mumbling server in her set speech mentions they are a scratch kitchen so feel free to change your order to suit your need. My 95 year old mother asked for all dark meat fried chicken dinner and my wife thought that sounded good and ordered same. We were told there would be an upcharge for the menu change at this “scratch kitchen”. I thought that was weird for changing a breast to a wing but whatever. They added $6 to each meal. Hmmp. The chicken was cold and not freshly fried. The mashed potatoes and gravy were coldish but the biscuit was refrigerated temperature. As was the butter. I had fish and chips that were inedible. The fish and fries tasted of old fryer grease. The fish was saturated in oil and the fries had the consistency of fries that were made hours previously. Coleslaw was very good. Kudos to the prep cooks in the morning. I was expecting much better from this restaurant and was disappointed. Manager comped the fish and chips and that was appreciated. I'll never be back.

The problem with this restaurant is that the noise is so loud that it approaches pain level. The room is very large and open with loud music with very heavy bass. You had to shout to be heard and everyone was doing the same thing. The waitress had to bend over and speak directly into my ear for me to be able to understand her. This restaurant should have a sign on the door that says: WARNING! Anyone over the age of 30 enters at their own risk!

I will no longer go to this restaurant.... Everytime I go it takes forever to get waited on...I wonder if it's because my party doesn't drink but I was there yesterday and server never came back... Change in menu means I didn't get what I wanted and the other I choose at 530 ...restaurant was out of... Great... Maybe if our tab had liquor we'd get more attention... Disappointed again and 25 dollars for entree and extra for bread... Seriously... For bread... Food was greasy. So disappointed.
