Food is made to order . Fresh and hot. Unfortunately saw my food was done waited for about 5 minutes for them to bring it to me. Went through drive through. Then went inside to see what was taking so long. Still great food.
To me Culvers is just okay and the food quality simply not on par with in and out and Freddy's. However I do recognize and appreciate the larger variety of food on the menu. This one was similar -- upside is it was clean and as usual extremely friendly staff.

You ask for ketchup on your sandwiches and they don't put it on for you, they just give u a ketchup packet in the bag. We're now putting ketchup on our sandwiches while driving. Do your job

Very nice and clean place. Always enjoy eating here. This time, there was a young man named Sam. He kept coming by the customers asking if they needed anything, taking off trash, etc. Asking how the experience eating there was. Very nice and helpful young man. Hope we see him again.

Clean parking lot I ate my chocolate sundae and relaxed in my car. The service was friendly and the sundae was super damn good
