Heading home to Sierra Vista and stopped for dinner. The wait was 28 minutes, they messed up the order, and the fish and fry were cooked in old oil. Food horrible, but went back around to get rest of order and young girl Dakota was completely rude. Passively aggressive. I asked for the Fry’s she missed and some napkins. She laughed handed me a bag and started to close the window. No sorry just a laugh. I asked for my napkins and explained the wait was unusually long and tried to explained what was wrong with the rest of the order, she laughed and said have a nice night and closed the window on me while I was talking. Dakota was her name. A real smart ass and passive aggressive. Bad food is one thing, but served with disrespect is not tolerable.

The staff is always friendly and courteous, the food is consistently the quality Culvers are know for. Unfortunately the store itself is a disaster: usually smells like a school cafeteria, the carpet is black and sticky and the leak in the roof hasn’t been patched in a year - for as busy as this location is, there’s no reason to have it in this condition

Slightly better that Five Guys less good than Smash Burger. Don't trust the menu prices, they are wildly inaccurate.
The wait here is also super long, I have yet to go once where they did not make me pull forward and wait for a straight menu item without any alteration.
The food is excellent though, a little high in price but I don't feel bad when I spend money here.

You know what you are getting at Culvers. The fish dinner was a nice meal to split with my hubby. And you can ask for an extra dinner roll (don't know the extra charge).

Sad deluxe burger. They used to look like the picture. TODAY NOT SO MUCH. The fish sandwich is also smaller compared to my last visit. The last visit the food looked better. Not sure what happened. I still ate it. It wasn't as good as the last time. Usually they are consistent. This time they missed the mark.
I didn't ask for a double-meat hamburger but got one and was charged for one. The dining room was nice, but like an upscale McDonald's.

The Sunday evening personnel are so immature and unprofessional. We made our order by drive true and when my husband finished talking, the employee asked him to say everything again because she got distracted 😕. We were waiting on the line for our order and no one bring it to us, so my husband had to parked the car and when he got inside all the employees were just hanging out (the restaurant was empty). If that was enough, our order was made wrong. Hopefully the manager do a better job.
