Food and service were excellent! Keith and Nick, the trainee, were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ambience is always wonderful! Only drawback was that we were seated next to the patio door and got a swift chill every time someone went in/out to the patio. Not sure anything can be done about that.
Excellent food! We had the salmon and the stuffed chicken. They were both amazing. Then we had the flourless chocolate cake and cheesecake for dessert. For the quality, I would have expected it to be way more expensive! Will definitely be back!
The food was excellent and our server was amazing. When I asked the hostess if we could sit at a booth (my partner wears leg braces and more room is helpful), she rollled her eyes, laughed, and took us to the smallest table in a crowded area. Meanwhile, we saw a host of booths that were empty the entire time we were there. It was a bummer on an otherwise amazing meal with truly outstanding service from the servers. If they were worried about losing cash, we spent as much as 4 people with our apps, multiple drinks, and add-ons. It just didn't feel great, especially without communication.
Our dinner was delicious. The wine menu was mediocre and it would be great if it could be improved to better match the caliber of the food menu. We had an attentive waiter, he did a really good job.
The bartender was very helpful, giving us each a taste of the wine we wanted to order before doing so. The cocktails were delicious. The flank steak was perfectly cooked, both for my salad and my husband's entree. We appreciate the Phoenix congresswoman coming to the stage in support of the democratic candidates' wins across the nation. A great experience!
We have been wanting to try the cup cafe for years, but always ended up at Maynards across the street (they were connected). Unfortunately, Maynards has closed so we finally dined at the Cup cafe. We always love the vibe at the Hotel Congress and the Cup cafe has that feel. Food and service were very good. Our vegetarian diner had options and enjoyed the pesto pasta. The Cup is popular mostly for its outdoor patio dining which is wonderful (we have done lunch outside). We felt like dining inside this time and our only complaint was that the lighting wasn't good (hopefully I don't sound too much like the senior diner I am). Otherwise we definitely recommend the Cup, probably dining outside.
We had a later reservation on a Thursday and we didn't really need one. We sat outside and it was quiet, probably because it was the day before Halloween. Our service was slow but could have been because it wasn't busy. We had the flank steak meal and the Depot salad, both were very good. My salad was brought out without the dressing so I had to go in and get that but the salad was good. Both steaks were tasty and tender. Would we go back? Probably- looks like it's a fun place on the weekend.
As usual, everything was wonderful. TUCSON evenings in mid October are perfect to sit outside. Thank you again
We had a wonderful birthday dinner for six, outside on the patio. The food was great and the service was outstanding. I would go back there anytime.
Loved this brunch restaurant! Very pet friendly patio where my puppies could join me! The biscuits and gravy was amazing and the service excellent! My puppies loved the bacon! I was disappointed with the coconut cream pie I ordered to go as the pie crust was almost raw.

On my way out after breakfast, I caught three employees at the front and I told them “your food is disgustingly….delicious”. I witnessed a nanosecond group panic emerge followed by relieved laughter. I genuinely felt bad for the scare I really gave them. Good thing I don’t say the same thing twice.
For real, the care and craftsmanship that went into my Huevos Rancheros with poached egg covered in optional green chilies and jalapeños on top of homemade tortillas cuddled up with crispy papas could not have been improved if Jesus himself was in the kitchen. Maybe he was?
Of course, I always have to have dessert with my meal and the half order of orange French toast topped with optional chocolate chips and real maple syrup made my Tuesday morning feel like Friday at 5 PM.
Super cool historical location with shaded patio seating and amazing service made this a saved location for every future downtown Tucson visit.

As always the food was delicious. Service was great, our server was very helpful. The only issue was we didn't expect a band to be playing on a Sunday evening and the patio area was too loud for conversation. Our fault for not checking.
This was fantastic. The coffee is the Havana, also perfect. Wasn't too hot to sit outdoors. Great experience. I'd go back if I wasn't just here for work. And yes, I pretty much ate the whole thing...no way to save it, couldn't bear to waste it. 😋
