I was disappointed to hear the GM Esperanza is not longer working here. Ever since she has been gone the customer service is not longer there , food isn’t the best , the floors are dirty. i was treated very nicely and felt so welcomed when she was working here.

Great place with tasty foods whether you're gluten-free or not. The Ugly Cup is my favorite. You get good portions and the service is normally very quick. Each bowl is very customizable.

We were help by Victoria. She was SUPER friendly and helpful. We weren’t sure how to order and she offered her suggestions and made the whole process very easy. Her customer service was amazing. Or set was quick, hot, and accurate. We look forward to coming back. The whole experience was Awesome, and food was Amazing. Thanks Victoria!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

First time this happened I thought they just had an off date and decided to wait a while before going back. Unfortunately I went today and their pork was burnt. If it looks dark, change your meat. Otherwise, service is great as well as the sitting areas. Just beware of the pork.

I've been here 5 times. Tables and floors always dirty, learned to take it to go only. Staff are always in a foul mood. Im not returning again after my last time here. Ugly chicken was old and dry and chewed, but somehow soggy. The staff member not listening, or caring about the order, and acted annoyed the whole time. Eye roll when I asked for cabbage when they forgot to put it in the bowl. It was very uncomfortable experience, and was clear I was being bothersome by just being there. I won't go back anymore.

Noodle and rice were also cold, along with the ugly chicken. Bulgogi was piping hot and fresh.
