There’s an employee with pink hair piercings wears glasses who is very rude gets our order wrong and when told about it gives attitude and doesn’t have any manners. We are no longer coming to this Dairy Queen and will make sure our family and friends don’t either.

I only go to Dairy Queen once in a while because I am on a short income.I had gotten a Valentine card with cash and decided to treat the family to DQ. on February 16th I ordered a Heath caramel brownie sundae along with a bunch of other items. My bill was $36.63. Which is a lot for me but it’s DQ and I felt treating the family is worth it. When I got home, there was no Heath bar in the Sunday that I had ordered. I called and talked to the manager Cala and she said she couldn’t give me credit over the phone that I had to bring the Sunday back. I told her I had a handicap child and it was already late ( they were closing) She would not give me credit over the phone. I am not out to get a free ride, I just wanted my money back or credit for their mistake. She then told me she would talk with the owner about it and call me back the next day.its now February 19th and I never did hear from her or the owner. What ever happened to appreciating customers.

The lady on drives takes our order, tells us to pull forward. They wait a good 5 minutes before coming up to the window and this other employee says the ice cream machine was off and he just now turned it on and just looked at us. Don't know what ice cream place does this at 4 in the afternoon but won't be

This girl Liz made my experience bad from the jump I got attitude in the drive through then when I came up to the window the same thing she was so impatient and unprofessional it was ridiculous I have never had an experience like that anywhere. Then when I asked for managers name she said it all sassy like she didn’t care this is wrong I live right by this location and this is by far the worst experience I have had at a drive through anywhere!!!

This location of DQ is my favorite, compared to the others in my area they have been the best. They almost never have a wait in the drive-thru. They are always polite and they always do a great job with their blizzard mixing abilities.

The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. I asked to speak to the manager and she said in a very condescending way, I AM the manager…Isa. I frequent DQ as I have five grandchildren. We come there all the time. It’s supposed to be a happy experience and she practically called my husband a liar. I had just had my tooth removed today and thought it would be soothing, it was pure water. We threw it out, maybe she’s trying to save on product?? I’m truly shocked at they way she treated me. You said you’ve worked there 13 yrs. I think you need a change, good luck. A little KINDNESS would go a long way, young lady!!!

So I pulled up to Dairy Queen this afternoon to get an ice cream and two blizzards. There was no one else there at Dairy Queen this afternoon. The whole experience was awful. The lady who answered us over the intercom, was very rude, very impatient when we pulled up to the front window no one came to greet us. We sat in the car for at least for 10 minutes before they even opened up the windows and hand it our ice cream and ask for Payment. Lizette never turned the blizzards over like they are supposed to, and they were melting already by the time she handed it to us. She was rude and unprofessional. As a GM at another company I would be very upset at my employees for acting like this. It shows not only badly how they represent themselves but the company who employs them.

This timeI got.More ice cream. Last time I got a tiny little scoop of ice cream cone... Didn't even give me my scoop of dip chocolate . Big charged me for it.Never went back again. That was approx. Two years ago. ..I tried it again this time and I was happy.
