Horrendous service young girl long hair very rude and abript. I dont see this place lasting especially when you hire someone who obviously doesn't care about brand image and presentation. Find another employee before it's too late!!!

Worker are always in a bad mood. Lobby says it closes at 9-9:30 doors are always locked at 8:30 even though signs says open and if you walk up to the door thinking it’s open the workers just look and you and don’t let you know that the inside is closed. When the workers are cleaning they take their time taking your order and making your food.

Just like you remember. I hadn't been to a DQ in years, but they had all my favs, and they tasted just as good as I remembered. The place isn't fancy (nor should it be), but it was bright and clean, and the service was good. There was plenty of seating. All of us enjoyed our ice cream and Blizzards. I was pleased to know that they still have ice cream cakes available for birthdays.

Mini Monchy

Wanted a strawberry cheesecake shake they said it couldn’t be done it would “break the cup”. Other stores will make it but i understood and asked for a strawberry shake. When they gave me the shake they tossed it on the counter rudely. she didn’t even add whip cream so i asked and they said it was upon request offered to put it on I said no it’s ok and left to not bother them. The cashier and the skinny short girl at drive thru laughed as we left.

If you’re going to offer 3rd party delivery, please require that they have a vehicle to deliver ice cream 🤦‍♀️ everyone deserves a job but they must meet a requirement the same anywhere else. You don’t ride a bicycle to deliver ice cream in Arizona!!!!! If I wanted soup, I’d make it myself.

Rude customer service. Misleading . 85 cent promotion. The ad doesn't say: download the app today and you could redeem this tomorrow. It'says: spend 1.00 and redeem an 85 cent Blizzard. Payed for 2 and he stopped engaging with me and slammed the window. Classy!

Not very busy, but every free table had crumbs and other trash on it. Same for the floor. The Blizzards came fast, and were good, but the place was so unappealing we regretted coming here. If we would have seen this before ordering, we would have left. We have been here many times, and wonder if things have changed for the worse.

I would recommend avoiding this Dairy Queen like the plague. Because you might just end up getting the plague from this place.Given the unsanitary work conditions I saw when ordering a simple shake. None of the 3 employee's had any kind of hair covering. The shake I received was definitely sub par. i ordered an orange cream shake. Yet whipped cream was strangely absent from my shake. It had been badly mixed and the residue from the mixture was collected at the rim of the cup. For a shake that cost me about $7.00 ( not sure of the cost cause I didn't get a receipt with my change) I certainly expected more. Hopefully when I call them tomorrow when they open, I will be able to get a replacement or refund. I am leaning towards refund....

My food was cold and my order was wrong and the staff was awful… is what I would say if it wasn’t perfect the people here are the best and always make quality food and ice cream. Definitely baddies and cool people.

Ordered a blizzard and large ice cream cone for me and my partner and the ice cream had tasted like it had been in the freezer for a while, and while I was ordering, they just said the total and I was not even done ordering. Bad service.

I went here last night ordered fries and a couple blizzards. I asked them 3 times that I wanted fries and the employee seemed in a huge rush to get back inside and they forgot the fries and I just ended up leaving without them. That also didn’t include lids on the blizzards so they made a huge mess in the car. They got one blizzard order wrong and put coffee in it (I ordered it at night) who wants coffee ice cream at 8:30 pm? I’ll never go here again. How can two people make so many mistakes on an order.
