Ordered a blizzard and large ice cream cone for me and my partner and the ice cream had tasted like it had been in the freezer for a while, and while I was ordering, they just said the total and I was not even done ordering. Bad service.

I went here last night ordered fries and a couple blizzards. I asked them 3 times that I wanted fries and the employee seemed in a huge rush to get back inside and they forgot the fries and I just ended up leaving without them. That also didn’t include lids on the blizzards so they made a huge mess in the car. They got one blizzard order wrong and put coffee in it (I ordered it at night) who wants coffee ice cream at 8:30 pm? I’ll never go here again. How can two people make so many mistakes on an order.

Yesterday, we had to put our family dog of almost 14 years to sleep and the emergency vet suggested that while we waited for some other family members to come say goodbye to her that we grab her favorite treat. I would often take her to get a pup cup here and so I ran to grab one for her while we waited. I was fully prepared to pay for it of course since it was the only item I ordered, but when I pulled up to the window the man who was working (sadly I didn’t get his name) handed it to me with a smile and wouldn’t take payment for it. He just kept smiling and telling me to enjoy and have a wonderful day. It was such a kind gesture, even though he had no idea how hard that day was for our family or how our sweet girl savored that last pup cup. I am so appreciative. Thank you!

I was excited to visit my favorite DQ location after moving back this spring of 24 after being gone 4 yrs. Everything has gone downhill at this location.

Although I've never really had problems with orders or anything before and I think it's cool they take EBT, this location says it closes at 10 but watch out cause if you happen to walk there like I did last night for takeout, you'll find out that they close at 9 unless you have an accompanying vehicle to go through the drive through and otherwise will not be served and for all intents and purposes be closed. Which makes a lame as hell walk tbh.

Employees here suck. I just paid $6 for a Reese's blizzard that was 99% just ice cream. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream I would have ordered that. So done with this stingy location.

We have a coupon from Victory fundraising that we purchased to support football at PRCA. The coupon states it is good only for the Oracle/Rudasil DQ until 8-31-24. The staff at DQ said their owner would not honor the coupon which is false advertising, bordering on fraud.

I love blizzards, so I come here often. Every other time I come here they mess up my order. They NEVER repeat your order to you over the speaker. It’s like they don’t care if they got it right or not. I’m so tired of getting down the street and realizing my order is messed up. Please try harder to give the customer what we ask for the first time.

The manager at this location wouldn't allow a return with receipt for the box of Buster bars. We ate one bar and the peanuts were stale and it felt like old inventory. We purchased 2 days ago. So, manager at this location= not happy with your customer service at all. Hope you get treated the same way when you are a patron. I wasn't upset or demanding. Perhaps not all Dairy Queen's are satisfaction guaranteed?
I asked if I could have a gift card issued instead. Kudos to Radhika who let me have that at least.

I love this place, been going here for years now. Kelly is amazing she always greets you with a smile and is genuinely happy to see you. I work with the Veteran Service organizations and they have even sponsored a couple events. Great Service and great food and great people.

The Dairy Queen section of the Chevron it was connected to was decent. But once you get to the other side of the place, this sketchy little mart is next to it.The food was okay, but I did feel uncomfortable inside the restaurant because this DQ was in a sketch area. The service I received was alright, but the atmosphere could be a lot better if that gas station mart area gets an overhaul.
