Employees here suck. I just paid $6 for a Reese's blizzard that was 99% just ice cream. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream I would have ordered that. So done with this stingy location.

We have a coupon from Victory fundraising that we purchased to support football at PRCA. The coupon states it is good only for the Oracle/Rudasil DQ until 8-31-24. The staff at DQ said their owner would not honor the coupon which is false advertising, bordering on fraud.

I love blizzards, so I come here often. Every other time I come here they mess up my order. They NEVER repeat your order to you over the speaker. It’s like they don’t care if they got it right or not. I’m so tired of getting down the street and realizing my order is messed up. Please try harder to give the customer what we ask for the first time.

I work with the Veteran Service organizations and they have even sponsored a couple events. The Dairy Queen section of the Chevron it was connected to was decent. But once you get to the other side of the place, this sketchy little mart is next to it.The food was okay, but I did feel uncomfortable inside the restaurant because this DQ was in a sketch area. The service I received was alright, but the atmosphere could be a lot better if that gas station mart area gets an overhaul.

The manager at this location wouldn't allow a return with receipt for the box of Buster bars. We ate one bar and the peanuts were stale and it felt like old inventory. We purchased 2 days ago. So, manager at this location= not happy with your customer service at all. Hope you get treated the same way when you are a patron. I wasn't upset or demanding. Perhaps not all Dairy Queen's are satisfaction guaranteed?I asked if I could have a gift card issued instead. Kudos to Radhika who let me have that at least.

After the whole family was sick for 2 weeks we decided to venture to the DQ drive thru for a treat. Unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. After saying our order we could hear the gentleman on the headset telling a coworker that my husband “sounded like a douchebag”. It didn’t make sense because all my husband said was our order, not in a rude tone or anything. We get to the window and my husband asked the guy were you guys talking about me? And he said oh yeah he said you sounded like a douchebag. Wow, talk about customer service. No apology or remorse at all. To top it off, the Oreo blizzards we ordered had barely any cookies in them. Extremely disappointed in the service and having my kids witness this. We will not be back.

For them not to have been busy the service was very slow
I love dq but I went with my family and it took them about 20 mins for 4 desserts. When we asked we were told it got mixed up with the drive through orders and that they needed to remake it. First time coming to this specific location will probably be my last. Would rather drive to ina and oldfather.

Worst service ever tonight! Rude workers, can't get your order right then they blame you. Two workers gang up on me because I said something about the guys attitude and girl wouldn't hand me my ice cream and continued to argue with me at the window smh. Kids, go back to school so you can do something else or be nice to customers and apologize for mistakes.
