Ordered 2 cherry dipped cones with sprinkles on the side for $10. As we were eating our cones we realized the ice cream was SOUR. I went inside to ask for a refund but 1. they didn’t give us a receipt and 2. i threw the cones in the trash outside (should have brought them in I guess?). The woman working looked at the cones in the trash but evidentially still could not get a refund… If it wasn’t for the plain ice cream under the dip i probably wouldn’t be able to tell the ice cream was sour. Something ain’t right and it’s crazy that they wouldn’t do a refund.

A young gentleman named Jorge helped me with my order. I was fairly new to these types of restaurants and he recommended I buy 6 7 different types of blizzards. Amazing customer service. I went for the Dubai chocolate blizzard, but unfortunately was disappointed to find out it wasn’t on the menu.

the teenagers that work here (only saw teenagers) so I'm assuming they're the only people that work there. we were watching them at the window bullshiting talking to somone who just got fired or was leaving work for like 8 minutes just standing there talking only one person was in the store getting stuff... and they started making our 2 milk shakes after what 15 mins of being there took 2 minutes to make lol

This Dairy Queen can be great sometimes and okay other days. Every time I’ve been here the service has been great. The lines in the drive through can be long on some days and other days not. The food has always been great!
This location refuses to accept the Dairy Queen rewards app. They first stated they don't have the scanner. I then tried to give the code and they then said they won't take it.

Parking: Lines get very long for the drive thru, so if you park right in front of Dairy Queen's door, you WILL have a hard time getting out. Park across the parking lot, to be on the safe side.
