My second time getting the animals cookie blizzard but was disappointed this time. The first time I tried it I was happy it had the actual cookies in there but this time no real cookies or pieces at least, not a one. The flavor was there but what's the point without the chunks, isn't that what blizzards are known for?? It does seem like each variety has had less and less of the cookie or candy it's made with but now none at all, ? very disappointing

Everything was good but the service is very late! I was waiting for my sundae and more people arrived after me, I waited about 5 minutes and they continued serving the others and my sundae never arrived! I had to go ask and the guy just said, oh excuse me, I'll give it to you right now!! There were like 5 people who were just blocking each other to attend and they didn't attend quickly! Many employees are inefficient

This is our go to place when we have a taste for good ice cream. We love the blizzard flavors. This place can get pretty crowded. The line for the drive-thru gets intimidatingly long. Applause to the staff as they remain calm, collected & pleasant despite being crazy busy.

Never fails to get a blizzard that has all the topping on top and once you get through that all the rest is just plain vanilla ice cream. I love paying almost 8 dollars for just vanilla ice cream ?EDIT I just went today and these dumb kids messed up my moms order. She was speaking politely to them and they were laughing and hung up on her. When I called back they didn’t answer I called again they new immediately who I was. Do better Dairy Queen! HORRIBLE SERVICE! The place was so slow too.

Seems to have way to many workers for how slow the service is. Rude customer service skills and just a abysmal time to wait even after paying. Watched the employees be on their phones while orders are ready.

I just had the best Reese’s Peanut Butter cup blizzard ever! It was perfection with the correct ratio of chunks to ice cream. And they also put extra chunks on top! It was exactly how every blizzard needs to be made.
I bought a Peanut Buster Parfait and loved it. This place is pure nostalgia for me because whenever there was a family celebration, when I was a kid, it usually ended with a trip to Dairy Queen. I ate the sundae before I even thought to take a picture. Lol

Ice cream was good. But waiting almost an hour to get my ice cream when it wasn't crazy busy, on top of a terrible attitude from the staff, doesn't make up for it.
