Ordered small blizzard, small caramel sundae, kids hot fudge shake.Brought out small blizzard, small caramel sundae, kids hot fudge sundae.Asked them to change it out for the kids shake and they needed to wait for the manager. I was told they needed to refund the kids sundae and charge me for the shake because it cost more. I told them that I left all the change ($5+ on a sub-$20 order) in the tip jar and I had no more money. The manager said I still needed to pay the difference. I said 'really?" Response was "yes, there is a difference in price."I really don't blame the employees as I'm sure it's training. Hoping it's lack of training and not that the manager and employees are trained to treat customers this way.

This place is terrible we got the wrong order and never got in touch with the owner of this franchise and remember folks it’s a franchise so if the owner is lazy or doesn’t care there is nobody to really hold them accountable take my issue for instance.

They finally got my order right and didn't have it premade hours beforehand.
11/10/23Absolute horrible customer service .Was there twice this week and both times order was wrong.The first time it wasn't until I got home and checked the bag and discovered they shorted me 1 item .I called them and they didn't seem to care at all .They said they charged me for 4 items not 5 as I had ordered .So they owed me nothing .No apologize of any sorts .Tonight went again ( 11-10-23) @ 9;30 PMOrdered a case of Buster Bars , 1 large Blizzard and 1 Small Blizzard .While at the window ( which took forever and we were the only ones in line ),She charged me the $27 and change .Then handed me 2 Small Blizzards .When I told her I ordered 1 large and 1 small , her response was all she can do is refund the whole order on my debit card , then recharge me .I asked her why she can't just charge me the difference for a large Blizzard .She said it doesn't work that way . ( wow )I still didn't have my case of buster bars at this point .So my response was ,why don't you just refund me the whole order and take the 2 Blizzards back .She agreed .While I was explaining how this was my 2nd time this week of getting the wrong order , her reply was " I should pay attention when they read the order back to me " !!!I stated they never read the order back , and she said that's not true , they always do.Then she shut the window in my face !What an absolute uncaring and rude employee .You can bet this was my very last time trying to support this Dairy Queen.If the owner ever bothers to read any of these horrific reviews , you would think things would change .Their are several other ice cream places to shop at .Baskin Robbins here we come .

What's not to love about Dairy Queen? Friendly staff, incredibly thick Oreo milkshakes and endless other ice cream treats makes return trips inevitable. My waistline disagrees, however.

Our Sunday's bearly had enough ice cream to reach the list of the cup. Horrible experience I wish I just didnt go get one tonight
