My hot fudge Sundae and everything else we ordered were amazing
I called asking what time the lobby closes and was told they closed everything at 10. Got there at 9:45 and they didn't let us in. I find it weird even when employees don't know when they close the lobby. Ice cream is good tho
No real food, just life shortening sugar
We stopped in at least two to three times a week after school these ladies are great thank you ladies for always taking care of my grandkids
Peanut Perfect!
Not sure what it is about this location but it just seems creepy to me. Like something is very off. The employees are usually rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They just stare at you when you ask a simple question like they are trying really hard to understand what you are asking. The ice cream itself is made sloppily. No effort put in. Just looking to take your money and get you out. Donāt seem to care if you are happy or not with your overpriced ice cream. Their āscanner doesn't workā so forget collecting any points for your app. Iāve been here a couple times due to location but I think Iāll purposely drive out of my way to another location.

Two consecutive visits to this location, each time I was served by their manager,Patricia.
Each time my products were made incorrectly, they were bland and lacking in flavor. I would expect better quality from her, seeing how she's in management.
So after the second visit and I was three quarters of the way done with my treat, I realized that the additional ingredient I requested wasn't in there. It's something I've ordered, and made myself many times before, so I'm very aware of how this is to taste.
So when I called and was like Hey I just want to let you know I left there and you forgot to add my additional topping, she immediately took the defensive and was like oh I made it myself and yes I did! I guess she didn't like to hear the fact that I too was once a manager for dairy Queen and I know what these products are supposed to taste like.
So after I begin to mention that I was a former dairy Queen manager, and that she wasn't making things to standard, she hung up on me.
Out of three dairy Queen locations within 20 miles of each other, I have to say this one has to be the worst one I've experienced.
There is a dairy Queen located on Tangerine and Thornydale that actually has a nice patio with tables and chairs in addition to a nice inside seating area with television.
The other location is Oracle and Rudasill, although located at a gas station it does have its own side of the building that includes a drive-thru, and this is one of the few dairy Queens in Tucson that actually serves their food.
So if you want a good place to have a good treats or to have a good treat AND a meal visit either one of those two locations as you will get far better service and quality at those locations.

Hannah was so helpful. I was in a sling and she made sure she packed my order so I wouldn't have trouble taking it home! I didn't have a way to leave her a tip, she said your smile is tip enough! ? Hannah's cheerful disposition was truly refreshing! So, if you're near Ina and Oldfather, please stop by at her Dairy Queen and give her a nice tip! Tell her Sylvia sent you! ?

Great customer service and can't go wrong with a blizzard ?
They served me my Blizzard without turning it upside down first. I called them out on it and they and no idea what I was talking about. After explaining that I should get my Blizzard for free because they didnāt turn it upside down, they said that they donāt do that any more. Plus prices are way too much.
