Dairy Queen (Treat)

The young men running the location do an awesome job. Not much of a smile but I get we all have good n bad days.
Blizzard was perfectly blended with lots of Reese's. Staff was great. Overall great location.

The two younger workers working today at 630pm are lazy and rude I went in with my family and they were making faces so we just left we won't be back to this place I'll take my business elsewhere wish I didn't have to rate with a start

It’s Sunday. There is only one employee attending 15 orders. It’s 2:32 pm 🥴 the clerk is really nice . Can you call for help? It,s sad 😔

Worst service and worse ice cream as well. I got a blizzard that was already super melted as if the girl grabbed it out of her behind. She made it within 30 secs and it was already dripping off the sides. As well as she had a bad attitude towards me bc a group of teens had came in behind me, and I had no association with by the way, but decided to take it out on my ice cream and service. She had black hair pulled back with tiny eyebrows. I would’ve said something about my ice cream if she wouldn’t had scurried away so fast to the back again. 7.45 for a small ice cream I would never get back. What a waste.

I had a coupon on the Dairy Queen app and to my surprise after using these coupons many times before at this location, they aren’t able to use them. I entered expecting a delicious treat, walked out with nothing due to the incompetence of the cashier who claimed that the app coupons don’t work at their location. I’ll never be coming to this location again.

*UPDATED* further disappointed: actually made it inside this time, but the system would not allow my gift card to work. Had to pay out of pocket, and was overcharged for add-ons that I never ordered. To be fair, the young ladies each took the time to try and help me with my issues, but were either not very knowledgeable or just stuck in an outdated, non user friendly system. At the very least, I wanted to fill out the survey to get a free dilly bar for next time, and the website wouldn’t even allow me to proceed after entering my 19 digit receipt code. So I ended up overpaying out of pocket for a mediocre blizzard. I would avoid this location at all costs until DQ updates their system or at least trains/treats their young employees better.Arrived at 7:50pm to grab a sweet treat for my wife who was having a bad day. Doors are already locked, despite not closing until 8. An employee is still inside closing down, looks me right in the eye, and just walks away. If you’ve updated your closing time, then clearly say so, otherwise that’s just laziness. Quite disappointing

Every time we come to this one they claim they can’t make something because it close to closing. Apparently 45 mins to close they already have ovens closed so you can’t order anything that needs to be warm. We started driving 5 miles past this one to the other Dairy Queen.
