Nice to see HS kids run a ice cream shop with pride, and not a bunch of middle-age depressed people like DQ shops in town.

Store is dirty.. Staff is rude. Management seems to let staff do as they want. Worst DQ in town. Should be avoided at all cost.

Sunday at 12pm lobby is closed but drive thru is open. I guess all the pedestrians and cyclists that want ice cream can just go home empty handed.

There are only ever kids working here - never an adult in sight and it really shows. You get the feeling you are interrupting them when you come in to order. Twice now, I've ordered a small cone and they grab the cones with their bare hands touching all over the cone. By the time they are done handling it, I don't want it anymore. One time I saw the kid rubbing his hands through his hair and his face, then he picked up a cone with the same hand and started making something for another customer. No one wears gloves - cleanliness does not seem to be a consideration. Won't be back.

Gave our order 2 orange Julius and one other drink. Repeated the order back to us charged us and went to next window only to get 3 drinks. Basic stuff. Inconvenience.

I worked for Dairy Queen as a teen and I was always taught if you mess up the order you just fix it. Tonight Jessica the manager told us to prove our order was wrong when she made the wrong order... my son asked for chocolate ice cream and not vanilla and I mentioned like "hey we wanted chocolate not vanilla" Jessica asked I show her proof and then took it and threw it away and started making the correct one. Last I knew if a business messed up it was best moral to just remake and let them keep the mess up... she told me her manager told her not to allow it and always throw it away... so instead of making a customer feel like "oh wow we got extra product without complaining" she decided to make me feel bad for wasting and making someone make the product I paid good money for plus ms Jessica had the need to slam the window in my face when I asked why she felt the need to be an a** and throw away good product! Congrats Jessica you make good people not want to tolerate ignorant humans like you.

I've ordered a few blizzards from this location, and sometimes they're great, otherwise they can be pretty average. The hallmark of a blizzard is the chunks in it, and this image is of an average one here. Missing chunks, and it's honestly more like a shake. This happens about half the time.

My order has been wrong the past few times that I have been!

Horrible service and product. If you order a hot fudge sunday don't expect more than a "drizzle" of hot fudge. When I questioned the lack of hot fudge employee was rude and condescending........a young kid with attitude and no sense of customer service. I've been patronizing this location for 25+ years and doubt I'll ever return. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there was none on duty. In protest I settled for a refund :(

Really like this place but I seem to have trouble getting them to put chocolate ice cream in my blizzard. Misty of three time, when it's right, it's really good.

Service was quick as it wasn't busy when pulled up to the drive-through window. I enjoyed my small peanut butter shake.
