I love this place, been coming here since I was 10. Ice cream is still delicious. It looks like a mini prison but is still good. I'm used to it living on the Southside. Its safe and the costumer service is outstanding. I will continue to visit this site.

The general manager is the best !!! she always makes my order perfect every time !! Never has she disappointed me or my family she always has nice customer service and is very respectful definitely deserves a raise! 😁😁 👍 also very yummy soft serve at this location

We have tried this place a few times as it’s within a few miles of our house and though first time very little customer service people who work there have little interest in really satisfying their customers and we thought maybe just a bad day but nope every time we’ve gone there same treatment NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!!! Never going back I will go out of my way to go to Valencia/midvale location as they are always friendly and customer service oriented and the money for quantity is way better!!!

I wouldnt go to Park and irvinton The sizes are being sold for the size up. Ordered a medium and got a small. Ordered a large and got a medium. And rhats my 3rd visit where this happened. They say its the right size but they forget their not the only dq in tucson. I wonder if i order a small will it be the platic sunday cup ?

Absolutely terrible drive thru customer service, no receipt and wrong order, employee didn't care and wouldn't even bother to make eye contact.

Just got home from this dairy Queen and here's my opinion. Looks like there's a gate surrounding the entire place that they might close up the entire property with a lock and key after it's closed, but I can't be sure. The patio has a 8-ft steel fence around it. Maybe to keep people safe. Maybe to keep certain people in and others out. I don't know. I've never seen this at a dairy Queen before.
Service was prompt. Pretty sure I got the size I asked for but the blizzard was not filled to the top of the cup. Maybe half an inch shy of the top prices were a little less expensive than the dairy Queen on the east side, which was interesting to see. The s'mores blizzard I ordered had plenty of flavor but as I got about halfway down I noticed there was no more topping and it was all just ice cream with a little bit of s'mores flavor in it. I've never experienced this at other dairy Queens before so I don't know if it's just a way to skimp toppings and saved cost, but probably won't come here again. The redeeming qualities I saw were fast service and cheaper prices and I guess if you're on this side of town and craving dairy Queen then hopefully it works for you

I was a little taken back that the young man at the drive-thru window didn't know how to do the coupons or the reward points I don't know if he was new but you have to stop and wait for the manager to come and do it for him that was a little bit of an inconvenience.

missed the order window nobody behind me. get to the window girl says I have to back to order. I said why if I just told you my order. says there are others behind you now. I looked only 1 car. I said I ll will pull to the side and wait. says has to check with manager. then says ok and charges me then says the sign s are wrong the are now 4.99 and that the signs need to be changed. manager is doing a great job here. I want my 2 dollars back change the sing it's not fault the signs aren't changed

Walk up window, no info on what time they close . Was at window for a while, employees looked away. Got in car and got in line. Maybe a sign with info on walk up hours?
