I was a little taken back that the young man at the drive-thru window didn't know how to do the coupons or the reward points I don't know if he was new but you have to stop and wait for the manager to come and do it for him that was a little bit of an inconvenience.

missed the order window nobody behind me. get to the window girl says I have to back to order. I said why if I just told you my order. says there are others behind you now. I looked only 1 car. I said I ll will pull to the side and wait. says has to check with manager. then says ok and charges me then says the sign s are wrong the are now 4.99 and that the signs need to be changed. manager is doing a great job here. I want my 2 dollars back change the sing it's not fault the signs aren't changed

In the past I loved dairy queen but I don't know what happened to the ice cream. It just doesn't taste the same. It's like more watered down or something. Idk it's just not the same. Other than that the service was ok and the atmosphere needs a little work, only gave 3 stars because they installed charging stations for electric vehicles. (Which I don't have but it's a good addition to bring in people who do.)

Dilly Bars are definitely a good price at $13.99 for a 6-pack even if they are smaller than before. Found the medium Blizzard to be overpriced at $5.69 for such a small cup. Was not advised there was an additional .89 cent charge to have 50/50 with Butterfinger & Heath. Also, 2/3 into the Blizzard found plain soft serve.

Blizzards make us happy. Only ice cream items in Arizona.
We ordered 2 blizzards at the drive thru, sat in line for 15 minutes and by the time we got our blizzards they were mostly melted. We wondered why the girl didn't turn them over like she was supposed to. We didn't realize how badly melted they were until we pulled away from the window. They were soup. There is no convenient way to pull back around and the line was long so we just left. 11 dollars wasted.

Came in the middle of business hours. No employees were there. It was closed down. No note explaining or anything.

Main area closed to the public. Have to ring bell for service, whole drive thru cleared and never got service. Employees take their time and try not to look over to window so they don't have to acknowledge customers. Last time I try to shop here as this was not first time this happens. Ended just going next door to circle k and buying ice cream cones there. If I was a franchise owner I would expand or at least bring more employees. Maybe its a great opportunity for competition.
