This location was extremely busy when we visited. Lots of traffic and traffic noise. We decided to utilize the walk up service option as cars were backed up into the street waiting to go through the drive through. The service was great and the blizzards were delicious. We had the Oreo, butterfinger and cheesecake(?) flavors. The price seemed cheaper than other DQ's. Not sure that is true but had three medium blizzards for less than $20. Seemed like a deal!

I am disappointed. The young lady give me blizzards that where melting and and when i asked for lids she snatched it out of My hand. And we literally had to put them in the freezer once we got home.

My daughter and I order an ice cream cake for her birthday and mine every year, she's 19 I'm 42 it's a lot of cake. First time ordering at this location, it was the closest at the time and it was a huge mistake. First time I've seen hard butter cream on my ice cream cake and the icing tasted like there was some type of chemical cleaning agent in it. I took the cake minus our 2 pieces that we partially ate and tossed back to the store thinking they would refund something like that. Not true, she refused at first then after I asked for the cake back to take to corporate she said she would talk to the owner and that was a week ago. I'm dealing with cancer and don't have money to waste and was not able to buy my daughter an edible cake for her birthday.

Driving from Valencia and Wilmot, the time is only 8:45pm, apps, says close 10:30, f.... kidding me, no service, currently close at 8:45pm. If you guys close earliest, have some respect and charge your hours, because every advertising application you guys have says Dairy Queen close 10:30pm.?

Ordered a heath blizzard and pumpkin pie blizzard just the top had it the rest was vanilla ice cream and was watered down by the time we got it at the window and they never flipped them upside down

First time we tried this Dairy Queen location they had all kinds of signs up to market their “limited time” summer Blizzards and other treats, BUT my son tried to order one of those items and we were told they didn’t have the stuff to make it, asked for a different item and were told the same thing.Went again today, everyone deserves a 2nd chance, my husband ordered a caramel shake that was basically cold caramel flavored milk. Definitely not ice cream, or at least not frozen ice cream. I ordered an orange julius, same thing, completely liquefied.Will NOT go back to this location!
