we use to go to dairy queen all the time but the food quality has just gotten plain gross and cheap , peanut buster parfait was dripping like water , it has no flavor , anything you do taste , has an artifical taste, kids also did not like the watery shakes. :( I wish I never wasted the money and went to cold stone instead . never going back.
I WILL NEVER COME TO YOUR DQ AGAIN. FYI Your employees are over charging and when called out on it told me “You didn’t ask for the discount and we don’t give it if you don’t ask”. To which I replied “That is ridiculous and Well, I am asking now!” Javier then told me the promotion is for ONLY the same size (which it did not! I have a copy which I will gladly provide you)

We went on Sunday night and I guess one of the female cashiers (I will not name her) forgot to check their attitude at the door. I gave back the Blizzard and left. This is the first time I received poor customer service.
