It's 930 and the store is closed. Online and on Apple Maps it says it's open till 1000pm but no one is there: no I cannot get an ice cream.

I went the night of March 3rd, and the line was pretty long, but the line went by super fast, and it was just teens working and I got the best customer service I’ve ever had, them kids had the line moving hella fast and right when I got to the window all my ice creams were already being handed to me, give them teens a raise for real ?????

Walked in around 3:25 pm on 1/30/2024, guy working the register comes up and stares at me, doesn't say a word, doesn't greet me, doesn't even ask me what I want. Turned around and walked out.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Always polite, always clean, the food is always consistently good. I wish people on Yelp could be verified because frankly some of the 1 star reviews are ridiculous.

This location is absolutely horrible. The people that work there absolutely cannot prepare an order properly. Last time I ordered a chili dog chips and a blizzard. Just got the Blizzard. Decided to give them another shot....Ordered 2 chili dog combos and 2 blizzards for wife and myself....got blizzards and hot dogs but no chips. It's not rocket science. If there were an adult there to keep the workers in line it would help. But nope....bunch of kids more worried about vaping in the back than doing the job they're paid for. Never again. I'm all done with this store. Owner should clean house. The horrible reviews should let you know to steer clear.

VERY RUDE PLACE the employee what was cleaning the tables tonight at 8:55 locked the doors I just wanted a cake in the case real fast but no he made me feel so uncomfortable and belittled I hope someone sees this he’s tall and skinny black hair maybe Mexican I’ll drive in to town next time sad stores in the community are like this!!

Stood at the counter forme a long time, finally sat at their counter waiting for anyone to show up. After five minutes, three guys came from the back and all ignored me at the counter. Left with nothing. POOR SERVICE!
Ice cream was great and they even gave my dogs their own pup cup...

Dont bother ordering through a third party when they go pick up the store will give them a random reason for not being able to make it. Stop hiring people that could care less.
