Was disappointed 😞 in my experience. Ordered a banana shake and was told after ordering that they were out of bananas. Who does this? There's a walmart across the street....go buy some. How can you even make a banana split? Wasn't even offered a discount when I was made to make another choice. Could have given a buy one get one free for my n ext visit even but nope...nothing!

Last 2 times I've went to this location , my blizzards where just vanilla ice cream. I've ask them to put extra goodies in my blizzard but the bottom half is just vanilla . They definitely haven't been making them with love .

Stopped on 3/18/ 2025 ordered a small and mini blizzard.. The blizzards did not get turned upside down and when I said something man laughed and said I didn’t? then flipped them and said ok I did. When I got home and I looked at receipt I was overcharged . For 2 smalls instead of one mini and one small. When and if I go back I hope to get my free blizzards but I probably won’t Some customer service!! .

EVERY single time I go there they NEVR make my order right. I have been there too many times. Avoid this location if you want yours made right. I always end up tossing my treat away because it's never made correctly. It's not hard! Mint, chocolate chips, one scoop of gram base and whipped cream. 5 ingredients??! Seriously. Ridiculous. I finally went back today to have them remake my order but I should not have had to.
