Service and food were excellent! Very professional and staff smiled a lot! Great job!!
The service was terrible. Almost $400 the guy who was are waiter not going to wait on as fast because his tip was already in the bill we got there the minute they opened and was there for two hours more flies than people we will never return. Food was terrible. The salad was brown and wilted. Steaks were weird couldn't even really call it real meat. We told him he did not care. Again more flies than people
Daisy Mae’s is a wonderful place for friends and family to meet up for dinner!! The steak is phenomenal, the Salmon was melt in your mouth and grilled to perfection!! We enjoyed a 50th birthday for our dear friend and made treasured memories here! Excellent staff, cooks and waitresses. Ice tea was fresh and delicious and glasses were not left empty! Also, a great bar with everything made exactly how you like it!! Indoor and outdoor seating!! We’ll be back. Thank you!
As we were not seated at our reservation time, I went to the bar to get a drink. T'was a very hot Father's Day! (inside it wasn't much cooler) Bar tender looked at me but ignored me. I was never attended to. Our party was then led to a hot, loud back room that echoed. A small AC wall unit was no match for the harsh sunlight coming in through two large tint free, curtainless windows. Had to put my hat on to block the sun.
Humorously, the ice tea was barely darker than my water. Reused tea bags maybe? I don't know. Food arrived about an hour after being seated. My T-bone was cooked in three different donenesses.
Bottom tip- well. Smaller side of bone- med. Larger side- med well. (which is what I ordered) I'm assuming this steak was not properly defrosted. Honesty, we didn't know they had dessert as we weren't offered any. No worries though as we couldn't wait to leave by that point. In the past this was a nice place, but now it's rather run down. Only a shadow of its former glory...sad.
Food is delicious. Gets busy and loud.
Great food and service.
Very disappointed with the whole experience. Service was slow. Meat lovers plate was dry chicken, burnt ribs and thin sliced steak. When you go to a steak house you don't expect a thin sliced steak. And for a $48 plate your garlic bread leaves a lot to be desired unless you like under toasted soggy white bread. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Came early, around 4:30 PM. Food was great, staff friendly, service great, atmosphere great. Would have loved to sit outside by the fire pits, but far too cold. 100% recommend!
Vegetarian options: Basically their salads. If pescatarian, they do have fish.
Parking: 30-40 spots available.
Kid-friendliness: Seemed child friendly at 4:30 PM, not sure if there is a kids menu though.
Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible, no stairs to be seen, and tables can accommodate a wheel chair. A family came in with 2 babies, and they had no issues.

Food brings family together and also enhances the memories of a departed loved one. Daisy Mae’s has been a family favorite for decades and after the recent passing of our beloved Nana we felt it appropriate to have a wonderful meal at one of her favorite restaurants to honor her. All the food is exceptional and cooked to perfection but this being an occasion for remembrance and celebration of her life I decided to pull out all the stops and indulge in the special I happened to notice on the daily board. The meat lovers combo was a special treat. An 8oz ribeye cooked to a beautiful medium rare, fall off the bone ribs with rich and succulent bbq sauce and the perfect amount of bark and wings kissed by the coals served with ranch dressing it was truly a meal fit to remember a life as amazing as my Nana’s. Thank you so much for providing comfort and true joy through food and service during a very hard time for me and my family. I don’t live in Tucson anymore but anytime I am in the Old Publo this will be at the top of my list for go to restaurants. No pretense, no attitude just good old fashioned perfectly cooked steaks, chops, chicken and ribs accompanied by delicious cowboy beans, buttered toast and a dinner salad. Thank you Daisy Mae’s

This place died with it’s history. I imagine this place was pretty awesome at one time. Now it just feels over priced, old in a bad way, and dead. We went in excited and left disappointed. Money better spent elsewhere and better vibes to be found.

Easy going steak house, great juicy steaks, simple sides. No frills! When I'm craving a good steak would go back again
