I got 2 sandwiches from the cold case and WOW, delicious!!! The bread is focaccia and the toppings are super high quality. Color me impressed!!! Super cute little cafe too!

I absolutely love spending time at Dandelion. The people and atmosphere are so relaxed and welcoming. The coffee and ESPECIALLY the pastries and breakfast sandwiches are to die for!

Definitely one of Tucson’s hidden gems. I always leave with a smile on my face after visiting :)

Found this cute place on a fluke!! LOVE it!! But they did not behave gluten-free options for pasteries. I would go back though as the coffee, service and atmosphere were great!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible as there are steep stairs but someone was able to go in with a walker.

They were sold out of their main breakfast items by 10am, and they open at 9am. So get there around opening if you want to eat one of the breakfast options. (And you definitely do. That might’ve been the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had...) There were plenty of in-house bakery items and pastries though, and they were delicious. Beverages were delicious as well, just be prepared to wait a bit for less basic drink orders.

Vegetarian options: They have plant-based milk alternatives available.

Parking: If you go on the weekend, street parking is free. But if you get unlucky, it might be crowded and difficult to find a free spot nearby.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have steep stairs going into the main entrance, but there is a padded handrail to assist. There is also a doorbell for the wheelchair accessible entrance, which is a gate that opens a few feet away from the main door so you can come in from a different direction. Inside there is plenty of space in between tables and around the ordering area to wheel around.

Best baked goods in town! Not too sweet and always on point! The drinks are also well made. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I always make sure to stop by when I’m in the area!

I haven’t had a coffee like this in ages. The barista hand weighed the grounds, used a mortar and pestle for the chocolate, and the lavender latte is perfect— not too sweet! Plus, he had a Mohawk and was a nice person to boot!

This star rating is not based on the restaurant as a whole but on my experience on a specific day. I want it to be known that I love this cafe and I visit regularly. Unfortunately, on September 14th my friend and I went to The Dandelion to get some coffee drinks, and we were very disappointed in the quality of our drinks. My friend ordered an iced chai, and now I am not trying to be rude but that is quite the EASIEST drink to make. It's two ingredients and they both come in store bought containers. I ordered a cinnamon brown sugar latte. It tasted like the expresso had been burnt when it was brewed and after a few minutes I could see all the ingredients separating in my drink.I have never ever had this problem before at this cafe or with any other barista at this cafe. I'm not sure the barista working that day really knows what he is doing. I think management should make sure these new employees know how to make the drinks before they are allowed to serve them to the public.

I have to revise my previous positive review upon learning that the owner, in a colossally short-sighted move, decided to cut costs by letting go the only professionally trained baker working at this formerly lovely spot, the person who was the architect of the entire menu.

How many times have I walked by this lovely place and not stopped in?Dandelion Cafe was recommended by Dorothy Yanez, the tour guide for the Presidio San Augustin Mural walking tour.We arrived at Dandelion later in the day when they had sold a lot of their food, but there were still burritos and bakery items available. I was excited when I saw the sign for fresh homemade almond milk, so I ordered an almond milk latte with a splash of cardamon syrup. It was delicious and refreshing after the tour! The inside is charming and it was very cool to see the displays of the artifacts found under the flooring.Next time I am in the Presidio area, I look forward to stopping by to Dandelion Cafe for a salad.
