Dave & Buster's Tucson

Great food/ games and great beer! This place is becoming empty sadly but its great enviroment if you enjoy being in a less people enviroment and there games actually work. The Barbacoa fries are amazing! I just went to main event the other day and was not great overall too packed lots of games didnt work or took our money and service was bad. Dave and busters is the total opposite and still a great spot!

Great service from Jen. This is a good place.

This place is usually pretty good. This experience was absolutely horrible!! After being ignored by the hostess and finally getting a table. Our waitress was absolutely clueless and had no knowledge of the menu or the drinks on tap. Asked for a Jack and coke and she asked what kind of liquor Jack was! When she returned with a tray of drinks she spilled them everywhere and shattered a glass. She then just stood there frozen until someone else walked over to see what happened. The manager came over and was just as clueless. I wouldn't recommend this place until they get some better staff.

Terribly expensive everything and the drinks were not very good for how much you pay. And 5 to 10 bucks basically for 1 video game is ridiculous. How do you charge so much for a freaking game it's a racket I'll never go back.

Appreciated the space between games, made it feel open and welcoming. Drinks were ridiculously expensive, but I was glad we could walk around with them.

Highly recommended the bacon burger. They brought our food order very quickly since there were no people. The children and we played several games and as a bonus we had our glass of beer.

Although we waited a long time for service, we kindly understood how busy they were. Thank you to the Manager’s on duty, Daniel and Shawn, for making our experience worth the drive! A special thanks to the awesome bartender (Jen) who promptly and without hesitation served our first drink.

Such a great place! It's full of fun, and the staff is fantastic. Vieonica was super helpful and patient with me.
All the games are quite clean and almost every game is functioning! Some are coming soon.
This is my home Dave and Busters for sure!

So I just found out by my friend who works there, she works on the janitorial team, that Dave & Busters literally has their janitorial crew clean toilets, tables, floors, ect then after they are done they get out into the kitchen prep line and prepare food!! Disgusting to say the least! So beware when you go to eat and drink, I took a look on the health department website and they have already been graded low.
Made me sick...cleaning crew/ kitchen prep!!
