Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!

Update / correction: disregard my comment about size of drink , young lady handed us the wrong size glass / cup.
Staff was pleasant, nothing special, food was good but very pricey for the portions size, ($2.19 for a small and I do mean small fountain drink, like a 4 - 5 ounce clear cup) especially considering there are probably 10 other chicken restaurants in the area. Not sure if we’ll be back? 🤷🏻♂️

The cashier was rude. When we asked her a question, she looked at us strangely. We also spoke to another cashier who told us he didn’t have Tinder. When we suggested exchanging something else, he responded harshly and started yelling. His behavior was very impolite and unprofessional.

I ordered a medium and extra hot sliders tenders and fries. I love spicy food, the medium isn’t that spicy for me but taste very delicious still, but the extra spicy was just the right spiciness for me, I loved the fries as well! Great vibes in here all round, and quick service got my food within 8 minutes or so

Disappointed that they shut down their fryers so early. This means they cooked their fries (typically in their own fryer) with the chicken, making them no longer gluten free and not an option for vegetarians here for the cauli slider :(
