Wonderful gluten free bakery and diner with so many offerings. Chicken and waffles, fried fish and chips, onion rings just to mention a few of my favorites!!

I came across this place when we went on a camping trip to Mount Lemmon this past March, and I instantly fell in love! I love sweets, and a few years ago, I developed some health issues and am no longer able to have dairy or gluten. This was beyond a gem find. We live two and a half hours away, and for my 40th birthday, my husband planned a trip around it because he knows how much I love this place. I always leave with some cake pops and rolls to take home. I wish there was a bakery like this where I live, but I will keep making the drive every few months because it is just that good.

We did our wedding cake through them, and it was beautiful, delicious, and talking about specifications with the baker was very detailed and helpful!

The Dedicated staff and ownership are wonderful Americans, brave Patriots, and are the moral backbone of the community. Believing in life, liberty and the freedom to pursue happiness they are an inspiration to all Americans. They respect the rule of law and the constitution, preserving free speech is their passion. Honoring and cherishing all lives especially of the unborn they are a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. They are the tip of the spear in promoting diversity in the work place and society in general. Diversity of thought, ideas and opinions are the cornerstone of their diversity and inclusion directive. Leading the community, putting America and Americans first and dedicated to the American way I could not be prouder. The food is good, so visit them soon and thank them for their leadership and contribution.

We stopped in for the first time to try their baked goods. Everything tasted good. We were hoping they would have bagels, but the gentleman that was there mentioned they only make them on weekends every now and then.

Their cakes are moist and delicious, but they absolutely do not listen when you tell them what kind of frosting you want. I absolutely HATE buttercream. We asked for cream cheese frosting and chocolate ganache filling. We made it very clear that we are in no way interested in buttercream. It was explained that a tiny amount of buttercream would be required for some decorations. Ok, fine. The entire cake was frosted with only buttercream AND the filling was buttercream almost to the center. There was barely any chocolate ganache. Its too bad, it could have been a delicious cake, but I couldn't even eat it. Buttercream makes me nauseous.
