I like the menu. Only Del Taco location in Tucson. Service is usually lacking and many homeless about.

Tacos were good but not good enough to go back. The service was terrible. They were rude when we ordered, rude when we told them they got our order wrong which I think they did in purpose. Not sure the reason for their unprovoked rudeness but the daughter of the cook was the only friendly one and the one cleaning. The restaurant was clean.

The last 2 times that we’ve been there the front lady at register is so rude. She does not greet you when you come in, doesn’t say a word except to tell you what the cost is. She acts like your bothering her to come in. It could be our last there. Sad, because we do like the food.

Horrible. 2nd worst Del Taco I have ever been to in the US. Food was gross and tasted like it was not fully cooked. This location used to be good.

Remembered the location from years ago. Close to University of Arizona campus. Got a bite to eat after the Women's Basketball game.

I dont know what it is about Del Taco but I love it.

It's definitely better quality than Taco Bell with better and fresher ingredients.

For some reason it just hits the spot ever once in a while for me.

If you haven't tried it, give it a shot and see if it does for you.

It was at end if day they were about to close. Ordered 2 cheesy bean and cheese burritos. Very unsatisfying. Beans tasted like they were re hydrated a dozen times grrrrrrose. I will give this location a second chance though.

This establishment is usually my goto when I want a decent inexpensive taco. But the experience I had tonight left me less than satisfied.

I placed my order around 8:15 pm on 11/11/2025 and sat in a booth at the back of the restaurant. I received my order in a timely manner, and the food was fresh and hot. Soon after, an employee by the name of Annylu began cleaning tables and mopping the floor. That wouldn't normally be an issue had she not dragged every single chair across the floor, making a loud high-pitched screech. Then, she proceeded to place chairs such that she blocked every path I had to exit the restaurant.

I get that that employees want to go home on time. But there is a reasonable expectation that customers who visit long before closing time should be able to finish their meals w/o these annoyances.

Her actions lead me to believe that she wanted me to snarf down my meal and leave. I hope she realizes the customer is ultimately the one who pays her wages.
