The staff was friendly and the food was hot and fast with great flavor. Also they do takr EBT. So if you are on the EBT hot meal program this is a great place to eat.

This establishment is usually my goto when I want a decent inexpensive taco. But the experience I had tonight left me less than satisfied.
I placed my order around 8:15 pm on 11/11/2025 and sat in a booth at the back of the restaurant. I received my order in a timely manner, and the food was fresh and hot. Soon after, an employee by the name of Annylu began cleaning tables and mopping the floor. That wouldn't normally be an issue had she not dragged every single chair across the floor, making a loud high-pitched screech. Then, she proceeded to place chairs such that she blocked every path I had to exit the restaurant.
I get that that employees want to go home on time. But there is a reasonable expectation that customers who visit long before closing time should be able to finish their meals w/o these annoyances.
Her actions lead me to believe that she wanted me to snarf down my meal and leave. I hope she realizes the customer is ultimately the one who pays her wages.

That lady has been working there for years and she always screws up the order and blames it on the customer. Doesn't repeat the order and is basically incompetent. Normally if I see her working I just walk back out and go somewhere else

My fast food dine-in habit has once again taken me to the Del Taco on Broadway for a quick and potentially nutritious meal.
Unfortunately, although I would love to give the full five stars, this establishment falls short of perfection. The tables are chronically dirty, and the food is probably the worst Mexican fare in Tucson. I will say the beans are better than Taco Bell, but everything else is marginally worse and all kind of tastes the same.
Great aesthetics at sunset, though. They recently updated this location with an all-green look that feels very warm and inviting during the late afternoon. But once the sun goes down, the fluorescent lights (which flicker due to the ceiling fans) can be quite garish.

I placed an online order an hour ago and came to pick it up and asked if they could remake it and they said “it’s not our fault you came an hour late”, (which included ice cream), which in all honesty I think they can but are too lazy to. She then tried to give me the cold food but I said I wanted a refund and the app said I “checked in” but the 2 women working there told me to take it up with the app but they marked my order as completed. So I’m sitting here no food, no refund. Worst fast food experience ever. I’m going hungry tonight. 8:30pm 10/26/2025 The entire crew stared at my car outside the store windows in the parking lot and eyed me down as I left. Ludicrous treatment.

Del Taco Slaps. A better taco bell, all the way. Actually cheap menu. Everything was hot and fresh. I watched them double check my bag to make sure my order was right. Will absolutely be going back again. Loved the beans.

Whenever I go there, I order queso loaded fries with extra meat and every time the fries are not fully cooked, and they don’t actually add extra meat when I pay for it. I love del taco so I’m sad I have to write this review.
Lowest Del Taco prices this side of the Mississipp. Ninety nine cent snack tacos and mini cheddar quesadillas. Buck 79 bean burrito. My food was put together beautifully 🧀🌮, the door is heavy
