Worst experience! I talked to GM she gave me a discount and I told her I would be back but this experience was by far the worst! I asked for Jessica's (GM) contact info they refused said she no longer is employed! Now I see why this place is getting bad again I'll never come back

I stopped in today for some coffee and the restaurant was hopping. There was only one waitress Nicole and she was very observant of all the tables making sure everyone had everything they needed and refills as needed. She would not even give me a chance to empty my coffee and she was swinging around filling it up for me . She is an amazing waitress. I also want to give a quick shout out to the manager Juan he was willing to help out wherever he was needed and he was constantly complimenting the staff on a job job.
When I walked in the restaurant was very busy. There was one waitress Nicole and she was amazing! She kept everyone’s drinks filled and got the food out quickly. She is very friendly and polite .She is an amazing waitress and asset to your company. I also want to give a shout out to the manager Juan he was jumping in and helping out wherever he was needed and complementing his staff . He is also a great asset to your company.

I found not 1 but 2 hairs in my butter and eggs. Server wasn't friendly and the owner was there scolding the staff, extremely stressful environment.
