Jerod the manager was a punk. I asked why he spoke to the waitress w such disrespect -listened to his back and forth to the cook and the waitresses all unprofessional. I questioned him about his conversation which I listened to he said it was normal hey I m cool but it was it was found derogatory. The waitress Alyssa was above and beyond excellent even as I asked her if she was ok. Is it the job pool for managers.Going to call the owner Kelly.

This place has gone downhill the last year and this was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Girl was hard to hear and forgot many things during the dine in. Didn't even ask how the food is or if we needed any more water. No check in at all from her. Fries were burnt for the kids meal. Asked for a fresh order to go for fries and it was fine the second time. Didn't get the French toast I ordered.until I was halfway done with my order. Diana the manager was nice and offered a discount on the order. I will not be going back for a long time.

I ordered a new menu item. It was a New York steak that had too much spice on it but it was cooked perfectly but the potatoes were still raw and they were not crispy and I ordered over medium eggs but received scrambled eggs instead which were also overcooked

Our server was extremely soft spoken (hard to hear her) and I have no hearing loss. I ordered off the 55+ menu(pointed to what I was ordered as well)…I’m 61…and found out later that she had charged me for the regular meal price plus extra $ for the side salad that was one of my included 2 sides (made at least a $8 difference). My husband ordered an omelet meal and my daughter got a kids meal (she’s 11). Prices seemed A LOT higher than they were 2 months ago. We used a $25 gift card (my daughter had won at a school raffle) and it still cost us $28. Last time my daughter and I ate there it was $16 for the two of us. Now I know why at 5pm the place was empty!!! I’ll only go back on kids eat free days and I get my AARP discount. Waitress needs more training and needs to speak up confidently…or find a less customer service oriented job. (Note: my husband paid at the cash register after I had gone out to the car…that’s why I didn’t notice the errors until it was too late). Definitely NOT worth $53 for two adults and one child. Dennys isn’t going to compete with better restaurants unless it’s affordable.
