Yummy ice cream! I especially enjoyed my chocolate oreo, but everything else I talked was also delicious. There are also non-dairy options, and a variety of toppings to choose from if you're into that. Also very accessible from the streetcar.

Not only are their prices completely unbeatable, but they have the BEST ice cream in town. Even their vegan ice cream is amazing (and I have always found something wrong with vegan ice cream). 100% recommend to everyone.

This ice cream parlor made the best brownie sundae I have ever tasted. Their ice cream is all fresh and homemade, the flavor of the ice cream is phenomenal. Their sundaes are so large that they must be shared between two or more people. The sundae was perfectly constructed and full of amazing toppings, the brownies were moist and delicious, and complimented the ice cream and toppings. When I return to Tucson, I will definitely visit this ice cream parlor again.

Great prices for excellent ice cream that is made in shop! Super friendly service with people who answered all of my questions patiently! The ice cream is perfect. Exactly what you want from a local shop!Edited to add: we had not been in the area for a couple of years and decided to visit again. Exactly as I remembered! Delicious ice cream and super friendly service!

I'm so glad we came here for our "midnight snack". The server was amazing and gave us some of his recommendations! We both ordered sundaes that came with 2 scoops, hot fudge and 3 toppings I chose the mud pie (for you coffee lovers like me) and my husband chose POG and cherry vanilla. Oh it was so filling! Totally worth the price Thank you for amazing with us Highly recommend this place!

At $6 for a double scoop (which was nearly an entire pint of ice cream), this is an affordable place to get a snack on 4th Ave. Plus: there's lots of seating, it's very clean, and there were many ice cream flavors to choose from. I had the butter pecan and the mudslide. Mudslide was a rich chocolate-coffee flavor with swirls of brownie cookie in it (yum). The butter pecan was mediocre, it lacked the buttery vanilla flavors that haagan-daz has - but it did have lots of pecans. This is a high butterfat ice cream -- think Coldstone Creamery but even more -- and possibly has some stabilizers in it (?). It's extremely thick. I think this will be a good thing when summer comes, because it probably melts slower than normal ice cream. Due to supply shortages they are out of a lot of ingredients that contribute to their signature items, like the PB Whiskey Sundae or the sorbet slushes. I would love to come back and try a raspberry sorbet slush!

This is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. I personally really love the banana and the cake batter flavors. So yummy

A small artisan ice cream store on 4th Ave in downtown Tucson. We stopped in for a scoop after dinner on a Friday in January and we're the only customers. That night they were offering around 20 flavors from the basics to cake batter and mud pie. There wasn't anything too exotic or fancy in the case. Scoops are generous and prices are for serving in a cup-cones both cake and waffle are a slight up charge.

Great ice cream, great service. I had the coyote tracks which was really good. My wife had a non-dairy option, chocolate coconut that she enjoyed. The kids live the blue moon flavor as well.

The service is always ridiculously slow and the portions are so small and so expensive for mediocre ice cream. Doesn’t matter if they have 1 staffperson or 4. Always takes 15 mins to take our order when they’re already on the party of two in front of us. Save your energy and go to Coldstone or just buy 10x the ice cream from the grocery store.

Staff was friendly and let us try as many samples as we wanted. Got a freshly baked pizookie with Blue Moon and Mud Pie ice cream. Portions were generous and it was delicious

Best ice cream ever! Made right here at Desert dream ice cream. Generous proportions. We were in Tucson 2 years ago and this was one of our first stops to come back to this year!

Very enjoyable experience, 'topped' by excellent customer service! The store personnel were very friendly, welcoming and offered tasting samples on whatever you asked. They explained how it's made right behind the doors, on site. The samples were simple with a few exotics but the portions were generous and well priced. I'd say, however, the owners should take notice to replace/repair the completely broken table outside, the dead tree inside dropping foliage and just looks terrible visually. The floor overall shows complete neglect as a business. In a small city, with a burgeoning night-life - post-covid, you gotta up your game... Recommend: Absolutely. Just don't mind the unkept floors.
