Entered at noon, 2 employees talking in the back, both kept looking at me but never acknowledged or left the kitchen area. I finally asked if they were open, as one shouted from the back yes as I decided to leave. Extremely poor service.

I just had spectacular service by the GM at the Dickeys BBQ in Marana, AZ. And the BBQ was hot and the weather inside the store was ice cold. Come on out and give it a try Tucson!
EDIT: Had not been here for over a year, because they had stopped honoring Dickey Corporate coupons. Today I had wonderful service by the worker, Reynaldo G. Hey was polite, helpful, and honored my Birthday coupon. JOB WELL DONE.

The staff is friendly, and you can smell the wood burning and smoke they use for the barbecue. The brisket and pork were really good as were the sides. Country music playing inside. Only problem was I did t know if they were open because of the reflective screening on the windows but I was pleased to try them the first time and I will be back

Food was either to salty or to bland. The guys taking the order were rude. I'd never been here and every question I had he just turned it down and was like its how it comes. Even tho I was asking how it came weather it was pulled pieces slices whatever. Was in at 12:14 sep 10th so whoever that was. Realized I never missed out and wont be back.

My first visit in family to this restaurant was very unpleasant, they didn't have nothing that we asked from the menu and when finally we found something in the menu available i made and order, after let us know they didn't have enough for all of us. the person taking orders or casher never asked or demonstrates interest in giving service to us.
We just decided to cancel the order and leave the place, I can't say something about the food because simply we can't get some to try it.

Food was cold overpriced ribs were bad and not cooked properly wings were cold and under cooked chicken sandwich was raw And employees were rude and very slow service and they add the tip automatic to your bills

I ordered food from their website, spent 172 dollars. I drive there and they had a hand written sign saying they were closed for the day. No one is answering the phone today, and the charge went through with my bank. I WANT MY ALMOST 200 DOLLARS BACK! They are thieves. Buyer BEWARE!

Meat has been cold twice of the 3 times that I have been in. There wasn't anyone up front to greet, and when they did arrive they weren't welcoming at all.
Free ice cream is gone.
Their sauces are good.

Service was pretty slow when I went. Waited for 20min to put in my order when I was second in line(and not because of the person in front of me. He waited a long time just for them to take his order)...and there was no explanation from staff as to why we had to wait. Once they started taking orders it moved fairly steadily, though.
