I ordered food from their website, spent 172 dollars. I drive there and they had a hand written sign saying they were closed for the day. No one is answering the phone today, and the charge went through with my bank. I WANT MY ALMOST 200 DOLLARS BACK! They are thieves. Buyer BEWARE!
Meat has been cold twice of the 3 times that I have been in. There wasn't anyone up front to greet, and when they did arrive they weren't welcoming at all.
Free ice cream is gone.
Their sauces are good.

Service was pretty slow when I went. Waited for 20min to put in my order when I was second in line(and not because of the person in front of me. He waited a long time just for them to take his order)...and there was no explanation from staff as to why we had to wait. Once they started taking orders it moved fairly steadily, though.

The employees here are phenomenal and a breath of fresh air. They exude SO MUCH common courtesy, something sadly uncommon nowadays. Phoenix and the young lady working with him went above and beyond for me and I watched as they did the exact same for everyone who came after me. It's obvious they take great pride in what they do. In fact, it's become obvious to me over the years that everyone here does and it shows! This restaurant deserves to be slammed with happy diners.
I only pray that construction in Marana finally comes to a close in February and local businesses who barely survived Covid, find relief from the poorly executed traffic engineering by this town's Public Works.
Delicious BBQ. Brisket was exactly what I was wanting. Great food and awesome staff.

I dont know whats been going on but the portions are down while the prices are high. 2 years ago you could get this meal for 13.98 now it's 18.49. Only 3 halves of a brisket slices and they got rid off the icecream. They got rid of the rolls and replaced them with toast. I don't know if I'll come back after today

We chose to order a few items this year from the holiday catering menu and quite pleased. We ordered the Prime Rib, brisket, mashed potato casserole, macaroni & cheese dishes along with the cornbread stuffing/dressing. All of the food was perfect minus the stuffing. It tasted like it had too much vinegar in it, but all of our other dishes were perfect and fed 10 happy family members. Kudos to the two wonderful staff members that served us late Christmas Eve (6:00pm). Happy New Year to each of you. We truly appreciate your hard work, delicious food and professionalism.
Parking: We easily found parking near the entrance.

To the Dickey’s franchise. You know why you keep closing locations? It’s actually really simple. You cost too much. It’s the going trend of all fast food style establishments.
Here’s an idea, take less overall profit. I know, how anti-American of me to make such a suggestion. Please don’t tell me you owners are not living a very lavish lifestyle.
You could also look at long term profits over short term. I imagine more stores would make you more profit long term versus less stores in the short term. But, what do I know? Obviously nothing compared to the guys that keep closing locations. I know, VERY anti-American of me to say this.
Hey, maybe you can ask trump to save you. You def voted for him. So, when you close more stores next year, make sure to blame him, since I have no doubt you’re blaming Biden for the current closures. Instead of just blaming your greed.
Also, your BBQ sauce could be better.

Very tasty!
I got the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and chicken. The baked beans also were pretty good. The meat was tender and tasty. The only complaint was two huge slabs of fat included in the dish. I kind of felt shorted on the meat because of all the fat hidden in the dish. I wish barbecue sauce was offered, I had to use my own when I got home. This was my first time trying Dickies. Overall it was ok, and I will try it again sometime.
