Our kids were greatly distressed when they discovered that the ice cream machine was no longer there, it had been removed completely. One of my favorite menu items, the fried onions, are no longer on the menu at all. When we came to the counter to order, they told us my second favorite menu item, the cheesy spinach, had run out for the day (at 1pm). We got the brisket, and all of us found it unusually dry.Sad that things seem to have gone downhill fast.

The online menu prices are not the prices in the store and I was made to stand and wait for 10 minutes before placing my order when there was no other person in the store. Honestly I would have walked out if it wasn't for the fact that we are traveling.

I used to love taking the family here but the last few months it has gone down hill fast they run out of some of the sides 3 hours before closing but the main problem I have is the bad smell, very bad smell it use to be just the restrooms smelled like backed up sewer but the last two times we went it spread to the whole restaurant. I mentioned it to the employees but they don't seem to care. It's too bad I love that place I hope they fix it.

Please pay attention to takeout orders, even if it’s through DoorDash… I’m spending money to enjoy what I ordered (it’s not cheap and I don’t want to waiste money like I have) and it seems the last couple times I’ve ordered not everything comes through. I’m missing coleslaw and extra side of Mac n cheese plus a whole plate.
I love your food. Always absolutely DELICIOUS! And reasonably priced for the generous amount of food you get. The staff, chef & manager are very courteous & friendly. One of my FAVORITE places to eat!!!

The food is amazing. The price is not so amazing. Don't waste your time trying to get deals from email or the app because the Thornydale location doesn't exist online or in the app. If that wasn't the case, the price could be lowered with coupons and deals. The catering service is top-notch. Kids eat free on Sunday, and everyone gets free soft serve every day. The daily deals are just okay. Prices aside I highly recommend Dickie's BBQ to anyone especially barbecue lovers.

Looks closed from outside. We told the guy and he said "I know".. we got there 2 hours before closing and the meat was cold. We were traveling and just wanted to get on the road again so we ate cold pulled pork. Hope it doesn't upset my stomach while traveling. $50 for 2 adults and a kids meal with cold food was not worth it. Do not recommend this Dickeys, which we are big fans of the restaurant. This one is sadly a letdown.

Went here today 10/27/23 at 5pm to pick up an order and the girl was so rude! A customer asked nicely for something and she rolled her eyes. She also kept flirting with her coworker. Poor old guy just wanted something for her grandkid.
