Horrible customer service, the girls are rude, they do not accommodate any special request despite paying for them. They treat you like you are an inconvenience. Quality is bleh.

Arrived at 7:40. Waited in line for 5min which is fine. Once I started ordering the girl told me should couldn’t make me a slush claiming they were no longer making slushes yet they made about 4 slush drinks before mine :( I understand making a blended drink takes an extra min but cmon. Very different from not wanting to do something and not being able to :( pretty sure they just wanted to get everyone out to close up
Super delicious and great prices for yummy boba and other fun drinks! We come from Phoenix and absolutely love this place each time! The girls are super nice and fast at making our big order of drinks all the time 😊 definitely recommend!!

Pretty ok drink but way overpriced and had chunks of ice cause it wasn’t blended enough. Also the ambiance was really god awful and super jarring especially if you have anxiety. Blindingly bright lights and loud, obnoxious show tunes blasting. Holy moly my head was spinning after leaving and I needed a xanex. Fix this

I ordered a large Oolong milk tea with 25% of ice. When I finished the drink, I had about half a cup of ice. I showed the staff the amount of ice remaining in the cup. They immediately made a small cup for me. Their monster boba tea is my favorite but you can't adjust the ice level. They always give you about half a cup of ice. Well, I am not here to buy ice.

I got the monster boba latte, and it was amazing! There was so much boba, and the place was absolutely adorable and looked so cozy. Great place to sit and talk, or do some work. Totally loved the experience, can't wait to go back!
