Just happened now. Very sad that the new generation can’t have some customer service what’s so ever and have a terrible attitude. The young girl was getting ready to mop. Her name was Natalie but I believe she gave me a fake name. I’m sure owners have a hard time hiring that’s why this girl is there doing half the job not wanting to be there. Due to this employee I will never step foot in this place. Hope owners have a serious talk with her about being more welcoming.
Horrible customer service, the girls are rude, they do not accommodate any special request despite paying for them. They treat you like you are an inconvenience. Quality is bleh.
