I have been ordering Pizza from this Domino's for many a year and never had a problem. I order online for pickup in the store this way I know what coupons are used and pay online too. That way there are no surprises. Everyone has been friendly and respectful each and every time. They are a good group to work/order from.

I usually order online, the delivery people are nice... The last few times the food has been yucky, onions added to my order, when I dislike them. Domino's is just average in general, but I know what I'm getting being of Italian decent and growing up in my father's pizzeria. Anyway, just disappointed for the expense, etc...

I called in to order a pick up order, I mentioned the special and the woman didn’t apply the special then when I asked her to she snapped at me and became hostile and argumentative. That’s not how you conduct customer service and honestly every time I call in to make an order I get this issue, the people are rude, argumentative or just flat out don’t take the orders but happily take my money. Train your staff better.

Not at all happy with my pizzas. I just ordered 3 large pizzas with dominos and payed $45 bucks. I added extra cheese to one of them and they are so skimpy on the cheese I can’t believe it. Dominos is NOT what they use to be. I don’t think I will ever buy dominos again. Worst pizza I ever ate and expensive as well. Never again !

I was trying to get a pizza within half an hour from closing time and I got the full run-around from Domino's pizza. (A store 6 minutes from my location). I finally gave up on the phone and drove to the Broadway and Camino Seco location, where a young fella named Michael Vega was more than happy to let us in and place our order. The call 'agent' was killing me with transfers and all the typical nonsense. She said 'we can only do delivery as our pickup location is closed.' She was right, but Michael didn't flinch when we asked to order a pizza. God bless him?. Not only did the young man take our order, he bustled the whole way while we added things to the order; and sent us off happy out with everything we wanted. Dude needs a raise for real. Gracias mi amigo?

Was always great pizza, until the last few orders. The pizza and the Stuffed Cheesy Bread have been extremely dry. They're not putting enough sauce and are possibly overbaking. I don't want to take any more chances, ordering here.I had lso earned a Free Pizza. When they replaced a Wrong Pizza that was delivered to me, they must have removed my free one, bc it was no longer available and it hadn't expired.

Don't waste your time ordering from this location. I guess Caleb, the delivery guy, is illiterate because he has delivered my orders to the wrong address. I called them to let them know that the tracker on the app said delivered, but not to my house. The lady who answered ignored what I was saying and said that, on her end, it showed that Caleb still had the order. Well, an hour later, I had to call to cancel the order because I never received my food. I requested my delivery to be traditional handheld. But again, this guy and all the employees don't know what they are doing, zero customer service.
