Delivery order… ordered special $19.99 pizza, cinnamon, soda. Also order wings. Only received pizza and wings. Called and requested soda and cinnamon dots to be delivered, was told that’s not what I ordered and they wouldn’t honor the delivery person was not nice. Hope driver enjoyed that last 25% tip.

Female staff (she didn’t give her name) is extremely rude and will hang up on you. Ordered pizzas, sandwich and cinnamon twists with contactless delivery but no sauces were delivered. I had ordered online so I called the store and asked if anyone was coming this way with another delivery and could drop them off. The female staff member never answered the question and just told me she could refund me for next time…I asked again if anyone was coming and said it doesn’t do me any good to have half the order (point of cinnamon twists is to come with the sauce) and rather than answering me or even apologizing, she hung up. Maybe it’s petty but when you’re dropping $35 for an order (couple times a month), you could at least ask for someone who doesn’t have the personality of a pit bull. We live close by but not within walking distance- hence ordering delivery. I’ll go out of my way now to order from somewhere else. Considering I live in a populated area, I don’t see why dropping it off on the way to a delivery close by would be a big deal but apparently it is. Just lost a customer.Also, the food was terrible. I ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwich in addition tho the cinnamon twists. There’s more bread than meat, cheese and bacon on the sandwich and the cinnamon twists…well, the picture advertised is definitely not what’s received

Ordered two pizzas- pepperoni and veggie. After telling us it would be 20-25 minutes for delivery, it ended up taking over an hour. Which is fine.. but after waiting for more than an hour, and spending $50 on medium size mediocre dominoes pizza… both of the pizzas were doughy and cold in the center. We called letting them know the pizza was not cooked completely and we were met with instant backlash, automatically blown way out of proportion by the aggressive employee on the phone. I offered to come down and show them that the pizza was not cooked, as they basically told me it was impossible the pizza was not done. They further proceeded to threaten us with the cops…. Over an undercooked pizza.. I’ve never been met with such disrespect from any company in my life. I recommend dominoes pull the recorded line and listen to this call because it’s a trip ? don’t know what was going on with that manager, maybe he was having a bad night, but that phone call was absolutely insane. Goes to show the quality of employees dominoes hires.

Ordered some pizza and pasta today the delivery driver Eli was awful we order all the time and when he delivered it he acted like we were going to not pay him he pulled the pizzas away demanding the money I’ve never had service like that and my husband still gave him a ten dollar tip he was in shock I told him you should of given the food back and tell him to find a new job horrible service

The guy who drives the toyota prius ?? or whatever little car it is with the black cover on the front almost ran me and my 2 year old off the road. He had his dominos hat on and gave me the finger as he turned onto golf links. I'm assuming he works for you. That's the kind of person you want representing your company? He almost forced me into oncoming traffic by cutting me off and then has the nerve to give me the finger?? Wow

Ref: Order # 697 Date: 11/27/2023A few days ago I ordered some food to be delivered to my residence. Before I realized it, the order delivered was not mine, and belonged to a different customer. When I attempted to call this store, I was automatically put on hold for over 20mins. So I decided to just take the wrong delivery back to the store and advise them of the situation. While waiting for the correct order to be remade, the delivery driver showed up at this store. I told him what he had done. The response that I received was a bewildered stare from him with no apologies or concern whatsoever. Furthermore, you would think that a manager would at least provide me with some sort of discounted price or a coupon to make up for the error. NOPE! All I received was a sorry. The only reason I just did not demand a refund was because my family was hungry and didn't want to get anything else. On top of it all, the delivery driver still got his tip??? Unacceptable!!!

Ordered a pizza and waited over 2 hours for a pizza that never came before telling them to cancel the order. Guy on the phone had nothing but excuses. No apologies for the delay, and implied I should have known better.
This would be a five star if they would fix the app, although I realize that isn’t their fault. I placed an order through the app, and it said it didn’t go through, even though I got an alert from my credit card that it did. I called the store and got instructions on how to request a refund, although when I tried to follow them they weren’t good instructions. Luckily the charges appeared to have been reversed on their own, either my credit card or the app managed to do it. Anyway, I got the order to go through and the pizza was great. I have never had issues with them, only with the app.

The manager lied about my order, hung up on me, refused to give me a refund and told me drivers were going to come to my house to take my food away.They marked my order "delivered" before it was even here to make their numbers better. I looked all around for my order, despite clear instructions where to leave it, then called the store who confirmed my order hadn't been delivered, yet the tracker showed "DELIVERED". The employee said yes they do this to make their numbers look better. The employee said I would get a 2nd notification when it was ACTUALLY delivered. I did not receive a 2nd notification.Called the store to ask where my order was and they told me it was delivered awhile ago. So my food had just been sitting in the sun, in the wrong location too, despite clear instructions to go to the RIGHT of the house.The manager refused to give me a refund, claiming that the only issue was that it was in the wrong spot. He put the driver on the phone who argued with me about the subjective nature of rights and lefts. When I emphasized that I was upset because they lied to me and never sent notice of my order being delivered, that this was indeed their screw up, he became irate and condescending before hanging up on me with no resolution.When I called back he wouldn't even give me his name and hung up on me again. I called again and eventually he claimed his name was "Justin", although that's likely also a lie.Why was the manager so combative, and so staunchly against taking responsibility for his mistake? If you're too thin skinned to take complaints, maybe just don't make stupid mistakes??
