Domino's Pizza

We usually love Domino's. We get food from the Domino's at Orange Grove and La Cholla all the time. However, last time we ordered wings, we paid about $20 for 13 drummers and three flats. We obviously expect a closer to 50/50 ratio. When I called the store to inquire, I was met with instant negativity. The employee said that the wings are served randomly and I shouldn't expect any different. I do expect different. When ordering a 16-piece wing, I expect more than three flats. Does anyone know a good place for wings? And pizza?

It was ok got interrupted asking a question about olive and mushrooms on a veggy pizza the call center said no substitutes and went right into finishing the pizza i thought I said no to them on those 2 items but I guess not .

I've been ordering from this location for over 10 years. Shame on me for not doing a review in the past but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone. It's 10/10 every time!

Absolutely best experience on may 2nd around 650 pm. Customer service was amazing, which is hard to find. Very understanding. Thank you to all the staff working tonight! You are all Rockstars. Good good as always

Order pizza and breadsticks, asked for extra sauce on my pizza, it was dry as can be, only could taste crust. Had it delivered but the delivery guy delivered it to my neighbors house, husband had to go hunt down our food. Called the store and she said that I was lying and that it was delivered to my place. I told her her driver is lying to her so they wouldn't get into trouble. I told her she needed to tell driver to learn how to read addresses, said she isnt going to tell her driver anything. Worst experience ever.

Delivery driver Kimberly was extremely late and delivered a cold smashed pizza. Called the store and the employee I spoke to was very rude, like it was my fault the pizza showed up this way. Late night crew here clearly doesn't care at all.

Second time in a row where the pepperoni tastes absolutely vile! Pizza was burnt too. This location has no quality control at all. I’m so done.

I used the domino’s app to order pizza for my family before heading home on Christmas Eve. I selected the $6.99 deal for two items or more. For some reason the app charged me $8.99 for a medium one topping pizza (no extras). I approached my concern to Anthony. He assisted me with my issue. He was sincere and kind. He resolved my issue with the additional change. I love coming to this Domino’s. I’ve never had other issues in the past. People here seem to work efficiently. They’re always moving making orders, attending to customers. I will continue to come to this location and highly recommend. I hope Anthony is a manager at this location or becomes one. That guy needs a raise. I was especially happy that on a holiday I received good customer service unlike my shopping experiences I had earlier that day from local stores.

Ordered the pizza at 6pm, got there at 6:25, they said the pizzas are 3rd in line, will be 30 more minutes. She said "we have a bunch of remakes". Why do you need so many remakes, is the quality bad? So basically a couple dominos pizzas will take 1hour to make. Garbage.

I order from here regularly, they are a reliable and consistent source of wonderful pizza for a good price. I almost never have problems and I will continue to order from this location. Keep up the good work!
