I call this place, "My Domino's. Clifford, Cody, Tyler and all the others that work at this location are top notch.They are fast, but pay attention to detail, delivery drivers are always awesome and nice, and the people above who run this location could not be any kinder, compassionate, or caring, especially when they know you're sick or incapacitated.I've had multiple surgeries and illnesses during my time ordering from them. They always say that they missed me, and help me decide what choices might be best for me at the moment.I cannot say enough great things about the people and food at the Orange Grove/La Cholla Location of Domino's. The manager here, I think he said his name was Tyler, is the only reason I will continue to order from this location. After multiple orders in a row being either ridiculously late (literally an hour+), or some thing was forgotten, etc. I decided to leave a pretty negative review on the post delivery review option, which popped up on my end about 40 minutes before my order ended up arriving. Later on, I ended up receiving a call regarding the review he was just tryna figure out what went wrong, so we talked a bit, I explained my concerns, he provided top tier customer service throughout the whole call, and went above and beyond for when I called today (which arrived about 20 or so minutes right after I ordered it). I'm a fat guy, I like food. But food alone won't keep me ordering. Quality service will, and that's what I got here.

Literally what the heck?? I placed and online order for delivery and like 20 minutes later was checking to see where it was and realized it didn’t save my new number I had entered. That’s my bad. I called the store to let them know and they said I also didn’t leave an apt number. Weird because my address is saved and it has the apartment number but whatever technology is glitchy. Give them all the info and wait for my food to get here. After waiting 20 more minutes I open my door to check if it’s getting dropped off and the delivery driver walks up I’m like yay perfect timing. Then she says “actually my general manager is on the phone and wants to speak with you.” I’m like what?? I just want my pizza. That’s weird. The gm proceeds to try to explain to me that since this has happened 2 or 3 times with me recently he wanted to explain how to update my apartment number and starts trying to dumb it down for me. I interrupt because this is my first time ordering from this store on my account since I have moved to these apartments. And I explain that to him and the delivery driver says “no I was here last week delivering to someone named Abigail at these apartments.” I’m like that’s cool but it wasn’t me? And ask if I can just have my food. This is the weirdest situation I’ve ever been in getting pizza delivered. On top of that they forgot our cheesy bread. Maybe I can get a different manager who won’t accuse me of stupid things or treat me like a child and dumb it down for me. I am a GM and would never do that. Even if the customer is stupid you don’t tell them that. And it definitely wasn’t me causing these issues. Truly in awe of the terrible customer service. Don’t order from here.

We were served this burned pan pizza on 8/8/23 at 8:05pm. Alex the manager told us that is how all the pan pizzas are.. so disgusting at this location. We have gotten pan pizzas from other Domino's that were cooked and not burnt so don't know why they continue to serve at such low standards at this Orange Grove Rd. Location. Rude staff and burned pizza, the photo speaks for itself and not buying that all customers enjoy pizza that looks like this. Do better!!!

Previously loved Dominoes for decent pizza and the convenience. Ordered from this establishment for the first time……took over an hour to get the pizza, I’m only about one mile away, it was cold and hard and the portly delivery driver had an attitude. Won’t go back. Just beware and fyi.

I always have issues with this location, if i pick it up theres no issue, but if i pick delivery it always takes over an hour to get my order and i live right down the street, any other location i have no issues with

We ordered food after checking that they were "open". Spent time ordering and after we spent the time, our order was cancelled because they were not even open. This is the reason I HATE DOMINOS! My wife said give them another chance and wouldn't have cared as if we had order with other company would've showed up by time they cancelled!If I could give less than 1 star I would've!
