I ordered 1 pizza and a sandwich and it took almost 2 hours when the pizza got here it was cold! Very disappointed will not be ordering from here again

I ordered two medium pizzas and a cheesy bread for my crew at my workplace. The order was placed at 11:28am. The dominoes I ordered from is only 2 miles away. So tell me why I'm still waiting for my pizza at 12:40pm? I called to request a refund and the lady on the phone sounded annoyed and said she was gonna have the delivery driver come back. Before I could ask to make sure my money would go back to my card she hung up. Just a rather horrible experience and kind of sad really.

These guys work their butts off. Probably the busiest store in town and they are as on it as they can be. Ive seen them short staffed and still busting out pizza. 10/10
Store is a bit small but I guess sit down pizza is a thing of the past for chains lol.

So, wow. I am BEYOND impressed tonight. Ivr ordered from this Dominos for the last 7 years and have been constantly disappointed. Thr order is always wrong, cold, late or just lack luster. I had a free order from the countless mistakes and decided to use it. I spoke with Alley on the phone when I called in. She was .... amazing? Sweet, attentive, polite, anf accommodating. I placed thr order and that was that. I didnt expect much. The pizza arrived hot, perfect to our order. I was pleasantly surprised. Then, the truly beyond amazing thing, several hours later I received a personal call from Alley asking if my order was OK. I was floored. The beyond customer service she provided was phenomenal. She again was sweet, attentive, and truly wanted to know about our experience. Alley has restored my trust in this establishment. Give her a raise!!! Thank you, Alley!!!!!

This place has delicious food and also AMAZING customer service!! I had made a mistake on my order and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me. She fixed my order ( I had ordered the wrong pizza online) and she remade my food fresh for me and my coworker. This place always has amazing food and it’s always hot and fresh. I highly recommend!! Keep doing your thing team, you truly have a customer for life. Will always recommend

Literally garbage service. My order was delivered to the wrong house. I called 3 times and continued to get hung up on. Once I finally got through to someone they said it will be ready in 15 minutes for pick up. When I arrived i waited for 30 minutes past the 15 minutes. Then they only wanted to give me 3 out of 5 of my items. Very rude, very rushed, VERY unorganized and very poor service. Go to pizza hut instead
