Worst customer service ever. The app showed my order as ready, so I went inside the store and asked for it. They told me to wait a little bit and pay for it. After sitting inside the store for 20 minutes, I asked an employee how much longer it would take. They asked for my name again, and my order was already cold. Then, they asked me to pay again. While I was waiting, one of the employees took a pizza dough outside the store to speak with a friend, which was very unsanitary. I have been a customer for years at different locations, but this one is horrible and unprofessional. This will be my first and last time there.

Food arrived well beyond estimated delivery time. Took the driver 20 minutes to make a 5 minute drive (tracker said when he left the store), food was cold, no apology for late arrival. Forced to tip on app before the crappy delivery.
