Food arrived well beyond estimated delivery time. Took the driver 20 minutes to make a 5 minute drive (tracker said when he left the store), food was cold, no apology for late arrival. Forced to tip on app before the crappy delivery.

Ordered delivery and never received order , called and the driver and the person that answered the phone made it sound like i was lying , just arguing over how their driver has worked for like 10 years .-. Thats just unprofessional
So far my food has always been on point and the guys and gals there are very polite and do a pretty good job.

Ordered classic hot wings and definitely didn’t get that. And ordered pepperoni cheese bread and didn’t get any pepperoni. Couldn’t return it because I picked it up on my way to work so check what you get. Pretty sad didn’t get what I wanted but oh well.

I arrived around 9:30pm & the doors were locked. There was a young employee standing at the employee entrance smoking a Marijuana vape pen, it was quite pungent. He told me my total was $21. However, my app said $20.24. I remember in 2020 there was a brief change shortage and this dominos wouldn't give change , you either had to give the exact amount, or more. Here we are leaning towards the end of 2024 & they still do this, I'm sure the employees have made A LOT of money off their customers. This is actually the ONLY dominos location that steals money from their customers, as I haven't had to deal with this inconvenience at any other dominos locations.
