Oh man, this place is good! I stopped by to pick up dinner for my husband. I ordered the special, three ribeye tacos. The guys running the truck were super helpful and friendly, and the food was phenomenal. We'll stop by again next time we're in town.

I found this place by mistake looking for another restaurant. I decided to try it anyway. The food was delicious. I personally ordered the #1 El Catrin Caramelo w/ chuck steak, pico, pickled onions, cabbage, sour cream and extra meat. The guy was very helpful explaining the menu items as well. I'll be back. Thanks!

Are you kidding me? $8 for a tiny quesabirria the size 2 limon quarters put side by side?! Ridiculously over priced I got one for the same price at restaurante mexsal at least double the size. And even better I didn't get sick after eating there.

Don Calaca’s Ghost Grill is amazing!!! I’ve had a few dishes from here and it’s always the best. Today I tried the Burrito Sagrado with Chuck steak, guac, sour cream, pickled onions and Cilantro Onion Mix. Portion size is huge and the chuck is juicy and tender! It’s the best burrito I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend!

Don Calaca Ghost Grill is as the name states, a ghost kitchen. This is my second time ordering from them and I’m certainly not disappointed. They use choice cuts of meat grilled to your specifications. This time around I ordered El Catrin and Las Calacas Tacos with various salsa offerings and sides. The salsas are complex and compliment the food rather than mask it. The pico and grilled onions also carry their own unique flavors, slightly sweet and caramelized. The carne asada cooked just right, good structure and still tender. I will order again and again.
This delicious meat, the sauces, the birria cheese is what you really need to eat well and pay for what it is worth, everything fresh and nothing refrigerated or frozen, the birria is delicious and the process that goes into cooking it, I am fascinated. Bravo for Don Calaca Ghost. grill
