Service took 20min to make my sandwhich, and then they burnt the sandwhich.
I just left the desert diamond casino. After a pretty good night my luck had run out. I was craving a croussantwich from burger King but unfortunately they were not open yet so I took a chance and hit up a dunking donuts. Although I love their donuts I was not in the mood for a dough nut. Joyfully I saw they had a menu with actual food so I ordered me a egg and sausage bagel witch was pretty good . I also ordered ap croissant with bacon and some hashbrowns. Everything was pretty good . It all cost about fifteen dollars. I think the only reason I still felt like a winner is because they were conveniently open at 5 something in the morning. Most places were not. So the high price did not bother me to much. It was a good morning .
Morning staff is extremely rude when I asked there names to report to a manager they laughed in my face and ignored me . Same girls multiple different days . Giving an attitude when they gave me the wrong order is unnecessary. Reporting to corporate now since this is the 5th occasion with the same attitude and girls .
My favorite location. They always s get my order perfect.
Store was the worst I have ever seen. Associates are careless and not in a hurry for anything as well as very unorganized. I left without ever even getting anything after waiting 20 minutes and never getting any help
Idk why I put in a mobile order but it looks under staff half the time my order is wrong I have to wait ten minutes
Foods usually wrong and the people working obviously don’t want to be here. Every time I’ve used the drive thru I’ve waited more than 15mins. Do not come here, at least for the morning shift.

Terrible customer service, as a doordash driver I go to a lot of restaurants, and the employees here might be the most rude bunch I've seen.

The employees at this location are constantly having casual conversations or not acknowledging customers that are waiting to order or customers who have received the incorrect or incomplete orders. I’m not sure of the exact time we waited for our food, but it was a while. After waiting for our food, we noticed the order was incomplete. I walked back in to wait 5 minutes until they acknowledged me standing there. They said they would have to other food out shortly. The food came out within a few minutes, but we still had an incorrect item. We ended up just leaving because we had spent enough time there already. If you order hash browns, be aware because they gyp you on those.
I can I please just get bacon on my avocado toast🙏🙏 it has been 2 times in a ROW I have not gotten bacon and it ruined my whole day.i was very sad. This time I didn’t even get the bagel seasoning on my toast. I really did not F with this .

Employees to lazy to make items on the menu and then they can't be quick enough with what they are willing to make. You're whole purpose is to provide drinks and pastries to people and you fail at even doing that. Long wait times. If I and every person wait 10 mins thats only what like $30'40 every half a hour at dt maybe 60-80 an hour how much is each lazy employees and insurance cost lmao that workers compt cost alot. Feel bad for the owner he could have double to tripple the sales with a team that is trained motivated and responsible. Either way people looking to dcore a coffe before work probably dont have an extra 15 to wait in a DT! lone lol

I watched a lady wait 20 minutes for her iced coffee. I received my sandwich within 5 minutes but after 15 minutes I still had not received my plain bagel with cream cheese. Meanwhile, the processed 20 or so cars through the drive through just fine. The only people they didn’t care about were the 7 people waiting inside the restaurant for our “quick” breakfasts. If you don’t want people to order inside, close the dining room. Don’t mislead us to think we are going to get the same treatment as your other customers. I asked for a refund for my bagel and left. I don’t have that long to wait around for someone to maybe remember I ordered something.

Definitely the best cup of simple coffee around. I grew up traversing this company along the highways that wire through Northern New Jersey. Great breakfast options as well, so go nosh!

We asked for time at the drive through before ordering, not even 1 minute passes by and we get asked again if we were ready. (We weren’t) so I replied just a minute please. The guy apologized and let us have a moment. When my husband said we’re ready a woman in the background yells “we’re not”. Along with other unpleasant remarks in the background as we ordered. They got my drink order wrong after asking last minute to confirm the drink I had ordered. I understand they want to bust out orders but we aren’t regular customers to dunkin and certainly won’t be at this location further more. Simply needed time.We ordered on 10/27/24 @ 12:07 pm Ariely seemed to be on the registers receipt.
