I love Dunkin's but this location is the absolute worst spent almost 28 min waiting in a drive through of 4 cars . Staff is always extremely slow and unpleasant

By far the worst DD experience I have had. Employee was extremely dismissive and only gave us half our order then proceeded to ignore us for 15 minutes holding up the entire line. Came back looking annoyed that I was still standing there and had to explain that I’m missing half.. first words they finally spoke were “we’re out”. No solution, no refund offered, just disrespectful and unwelcoming attitude.

Walked in in afternoon many hours prior to closing. Zero donuts in the place, no straws, napkins or stirrers for the beverage I did purchase. Only one other customer there. Ghost town.

Ordered a mobile order at 4:20am. Arrived at the drive through a little after the scheduled time. The side mobile lane is to pass anyone ordering at the speaker. So pay attention and either pass/merge over or wait in the line if it's crowded. The window lady was very nice and had the entire order ready. The order was a couple asst. dozen, coffee box, and one matcha. Everything was ready and just as I ordered. 5 stars. 10/10. Good. Chill. If workers are quiet/shy then be respectful, it's early and it's food service.

My family and I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes for our mobile order. We finally got to where the speaker is and there was a separate lane for mobile orders. We went into that one and then the lane just closed off and we were trapped between the cars and the curb. We backed out and my husband just went inside to get our order and he asked about that lane and the employee just shrugged and gave him our food. Then they didn’t put the cold foam on my drink even though I ordered it and paid extra for it. I also had ordered 2 raspberry croissants and they were out (understandable) but they gave us glazed donuts instead, which we didn’t even want but by then I was over it and wanted to leave

Fast service, good coffee. The employees are super friendly and doing an amazing job while short staffed. They need to be better stocked on items when they expect busy mornings though. They seem to struggle tobe able to keep up with the orders, because the wait times seem to be getting longer. Try to not go at peak times in the morning to avoid being in the drive through for a long time. I've been going inside lately and service is super quick

Friendly staff and helpful I ordered 2 breakfast combos and and 2 donuts.
The 2 donuts were The only things good breakfast sandwiches were plann And you really could distinguish the taste of the individual items that was on it Will never buy anything but donuts again

I waited in drive for 38 minutes. I sat at the window for 7 minutes saying hello... hello ...hello . I finally drove up . The manager young , strawberry blonde hair guy told me ... i should have waited longer at the window. He told me i had to go back and get in line ........the line was even longer than when i got there. Im a regular customer. I go there twice a day . It felt like a slap in the face . The remodeling looks nice now they need to work on the managers . Your only as strong as your leaders!!!

Do NOT go to this dunkin donuts. Everytime I go its aggravation! Placed order got to window and they do not have anything I ordered then they wont give me my money back!!! Wtheck!?
