I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Then when I got up to the window the cashier came in there another 10 minutes later and asked us if our order was a hot black tea , we said no. , then he took our order again, then came back and said never mind he lost our order. He goes can u come back around to the speaker and place your order again . We’re like WTH no. He had pink and black hair . It’s not like they were packed with people only one other car. Waste of my time will never go back there. 0/10

This is a very clean and efficiently run Dunkin!The drive through employees were quick as a whip, and extraordinarily friendly. They did a soft upsell on the seasonal latte, and on a milk alternative. I tried oatmilk in my latte at their suggestion.(It was disgusting. But that doesn't reflect the quality of service, just my own taste.)I hope the women working Saturday early morning are well compensated and appreciated by their company. You cannot train in that level of friendliness and competence.

We went for breakfast and ordered from the kiosk. I swear we had to get up and down 20 times to pick up each single item from our order. Then they forgot my grandson's donut holes, and we had to wait 10 minutes before the girl came back to the counter. Not good. We didn't complain. The girl was nice, just not the best service. The store was not very clean either.
