This is the second time I stop in the morning to buy donuts and they don’t have hot coffee. How does this place not have hot coffee to go? Like I said second time? 5 am no hot coffee. I will not waste my time here again.

I ordered a decaf iced coffee and got full strength caffeine. I'm highly allergic to it and it basically had my nervous system overacting and my anxiety off the wall all day. It felt so extreme I wanted to kill myself. They need to be way more careful when they are making orders for decaf versus regular coffee. Some people can't handle it and it literally ruined my day and made me feel insane.

So I decided to get myself and my family some hot chocolates, big mistake. I ordered 1 made with cream, they asked if I wanted it as the base or in it. Not sure considering I don't work there and know enough about the creation of the drinks to specify, so I said as the base. What they handed me was a cup with Whipped cream all around the outside...would you want to put that in your cup holder? Took a sip, disgusting, hardly any flavor, with clumps of chocolate powder, no thanks. Plus no lids for any of them, unsure of how to drive home with that without spilling it everywhere. Unpleasant customer service as well.
