I used to go to the Dunkin’ on Grand and Swan, but since that location closed, I started visiting the one on Speedway. From the outside, it looks new and well-kept—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Every time I’ve visited, the service has been disappointing. The staff often seem uninterested in helping, and the overall experience feels rushed and unwelcoming. The coffee is consistently too heavy on milk, to the point that it barely tastes like coffee. The iced tea often tastes like watered-down tap water. And without fail, they burn my bagel, avocado toast, or croissant every single time. After giving this location multiple chances over the past year, I’ve decided I’m done starting my mornings off on a bad note. I’ll be sticking with Starbucks from now on—even if it’s a bit more expensive, the consistent quality and service make it worth it. For what it’s worth, I’ve had much better experiences at the Dunkin’ locations on Valencia and Tanque Verde. The service and food quality at those spots are far superior.

Got here at 7:42pm and it says they close at 8pm. I saw workers inside yet the auto message at the drive through came up and said they were closed. 😂 management probably doesn’t know the kids that work here are closing early before business hours.

I recently started coming here on my way to work and they got my order wrong 3 days in a row and I had to wait in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes just so they could hand me a donut, so I was late to work. There's a local coffee stand right next to Dunkin and a Starbucks down the street on the corner of Speedway and Country Club. 75% of this Dunkin's reviews are 1 star, Instead of responding to every bad review, hire competent hardworking people. I won't be coming here anymore.

We tried to go in this morning and have a meal with some coffee upon entering first thing we see is a bum that stunk so bad the whole lobby area stunk so we left and will not be returning

Well I ordered a dozen donuts through the drive through so I don't know about inside of the shop but everything turned out really well and quick.
