I like the staff. Used to love this location. But now when ordering a large coffee you'll get a large cup but the amount of coffee in a medium cup. I don't think I'll be going to this location much anymore. Feels like I'm getting robbed

So first off we usually go to the location on Campbell. Always great service at that location but we were like ohhh let’s try this location should be just as awesome…… ummm wrong! Our order taker not friendly at all!! She seemed irritated or just not having a good day. So with that being said, we’re good with our original location. Maybe more training? Or don’t ask multiple questions to irritate me staff? Idk!

Dunkin has great food and fasr service in a clean facility but prices are 20% higher than other places.
I ordered an iced coffee. it was burnt and nasty. I took it back and asked for a different one. it wasn't much better. I tried to order avocado toast with bacon and I wanted the bacon crunchy but for some reason they couldn't accommodate me. although I've been to many Dunkin donuts where they can make the bacon crunchy instead of rubbery, but for some reason they're incapable to do that here. Employees really need to be trained to accommodate the requests of customers. it's not that hard.
