I decided to give Dunkin’ Donuts on W River Rd a try after seeing one of their store managers, Claudia, posting Valentine’s Day products and specials on social media. The heart-shaped donuts and Valentine’s items looked amazing, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to pick something up for my girlfriend and surprise her at work.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and the service was great from the start. Claudia was working the front, and I showed her the social media post that caught my attention—specifically the heart-shaped donuts. I also asked for her recommendations to add to my order. She told me you can never go wrong with chocolate-covered donuts and mentioned she’s also a big fan of the munchkins, so I ordered both along with a coffee.
I got an iced caramel coffee with cold foam and two shots of cream, and it was made perfectly. From ordering to getting everything ready, it took no more than five minutes, which was impressive. Before I left, Claudia double-checked to make sure my order was correct and that the coffee tasted exactly how I wanted it.
Everything was amazing, and I let her know my girlfriend was going to love the heart-shaped donuts. The pricing was great compared to other places, and the overall experience—from service to quality—was excellent.
I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone in the area. I’ll definitely be back, and next time I plan on picking up some of their merchandise, especially the Valentine’s Day and Dunkin’ cups.

Ordered grilled cheese and it was awful not toasted cooked in microwave. Will never order food there again.
Brand New store and excellent location! Easy access from main road. Doughnuts were very fresh and coffee was awesom!

Yesterday was the final straw for us at this place. We are in 4-5 times a week (sometimes more) and we always get 2 medium hot decaf coffees. A while back we noticed sometimes we would both have trouble sleeping and thought it was the coffee. Sure enough, next time we went in and ordered decaf, they were giving us regular coffee. From then on we always went in to watch what they were doing and about 50% of the time they tried giving us regular coffee. Yesterday the place was dead and there were 2 women working. One took our order and the other, who was standing right there, began to make the drinks. She never bothered to look at the tag that prints out, just filled our cups with regular coffee. They were both so busy talking to each other that neither on realized the mistake. I almost got the feeling they were trying to mess with us or maybe it was plain laziness. Either way, we are never going back to this store.

I LOVE MATCHA BUT.... 1/4 top of latte all foam, not my way to spend my money. Not all DD's serve this way. 😥 But Excellent coupon for donuts Ty!
